现在电梯市场导向轮普遍有铸铁导向轮和纯尼龙导向轮两类。铸铁导向轮优点:可以承受力范围大,不易变形。缺点:噪音大,成本高,对钢丝绳磨损大。纯尼龙导向轮的优点:噪音小,成本低,对钢丝绳磨损小。缺点:承受力范围小,易变形,使用寿命较短。但现有的电梯用MC尼龙导向轮大多由尼龙材料制成,由于材料的钢性所限,其所承受的重力有限,所以在使用中受钢丝绳受力后,MC尼龙导向轮易发生变形,至使出现故障。

本实用新型包括尼龙轮体,其特征在于在所述尼龙轮体内设置钢骨架。
