背景技术
现有的超微粉碎机的主要结构包括机架、粉碎系统、分级系统、喂料系统等部件。其中分流罩属于分级系统的一部分，主要结构包括：固定筒、筋板、锥形罩等零件，粉碎机在运行过程中高速的粉碎盘上的锤刀将物料粉碎并通过风将物料经由粉碎室到分流罩再到凸形罩，再经凸形罩改变物料方向再到分级轮，而分级轮的作用是让符合一定粒度物料的通过，不符合粒度的物料将通过锥形罩的内壁到粉碎室再进行粉碎。在此过程就形成了一个内部循环系统，而分流罩在此过程中所起的作用就是对物料进行分流，而现有的超微粉碎机上的分流罩的固定筒和锥形罩都是是光滑的圆弧，筋板也是光滑的，其不足之处在于：在物料粉碎的过程不能对物料起到粉碎的作用。然而物料在固定筒和锥形罩之间是螺旋上升的，光滑的固定筒和锥形罩容易使物料形成环流，造成粉碎机产量的下降。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种超微粉碎机的分流罩，进一步增强了物料的粉碎效果，提高了粉碎机的效率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种超微粉碎机的分流罩，包括同心设置的锥形罩和固定筒，所述锥形罩套在固定筒内，固定筒和锥形罩之间经筋板固定连接在一起，所述固定筒内壁上设置有若干齿条。
本实用新型工作时，待粉碎物料通过进料口进入到粉碎室后，在粉碎盘的作用下物料被粉碎，被粉碎的物料经过风的作用螺旋上升。在此过程中螺旋上升的物料会撞击齿条被进一步破碎，也会降低圆周方向的速度，在风的作用下物料能够快速向上运动，促进物料的内部循环增加粉碎频率，从而增加产量。同时在分流罩的固定筒和锥形罩之间形成低速和高速两种料层，此两种料层之间也会形成摩擦增加了粉碎的效果。
为了进一步提高粉碎效果，所述锥形套外壁上可设置有若干齿条，所述齿条可纵向或倾斜设置；还可在筋板上横向设置有若干齿条，使得物料在螺旋上升过程中撞击齿条并被进一步破碎，提高粉碎效果。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示，为一种超微粉碎机的分流罩，其结构主要包括同心设置的锥形罩3和固定筒1，锥形罩3套在固定筒1内，固定筒1和锥形罩3之间经筋板4固定连接在一起，固定筒1的内壁上纵向设置有若干齿条2，该齿条2还可倾斜设置。
本实用新型工作时，待粉碎物料通过进料口进入到粉碎室后，在粉碎盘的作用下物料被粉碎，被粉碎的物料经过风的作用螺旋上升。在此过程中螺旋上升的物料会撞击齿条2被进一步破碎，也会降低圆周方向的速度，在风的作用下物料能够快速向上运动，促进物料的内部循环增加粉碎频率，从而增加产量。同时在分流罩的固定筒1和锥形罩3之间形成低速和高速两种料层，此两种料层之间也会形成摩擦增加了粉碎的效果。
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施例，还可以在锥形罩外壁上、筋板上设置若干齿条，本领域的技术人员还可以在不悖离上述技术思想的基础上，不经过创造性的劳动就可以对上述技术方案进行更多的变形及修改，这些变形和修改均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
