背景技术
[0002]目前现有的一些粉碎机,当含水量百分之四十的生物质不能粉碎,必须要引风系统协助下料,否则容易造成堵塞,相应的也就增大动力负荷,造成了产量低、效率低、成本高等问题。同时,常见的粉碎机破碎物料时会产生很大的粉尘,不能做到很好的回收和处理,造成了对工作环境的污染,威胁操作人员的身体健康,此外大量粉尘的泄漏造成了破碎机产量低、效率低等问题。锤式粉碎机对于片状物料有很好的粉碎效果,但是对于秸杆和木材这样不规则形状的物料粉碎效果就不是很理想,而且锤头具有加工麻烦、易磨损,更换维修难等缺点。
[0003]专用的长纤维作物粉碎机如“200620035874高纤维植物茎杆粉碎机”所述,设置有相互独立但联通的切割室和粉碎室,长纤维作物经过专门切割室切割后才进入粉碎室,因此粉碎效果以及效率均十分不错,但该类型的专用粉碎机结构复杂,体积较大,购买以及维护使用成本都比较高,对于一般使用者而言并不现实。因此只能对现有使用量较大的长纤维作物粉碎机进行相应改进,以使其保持原有长纤维作物切割功能的同时也具备粉碎长纤维作物的能力,以适应现有的农业生产模式。

4.如权利要求1所述一种安全高效的粉碎机,其特征在于:所述进料口设置在罩壳竖直中轴线一侧,所述飞刀转子的旋转中心设置在罩壳竖直中轴线的另一侧。
5.如权利要求1所述一种安全高效的粉碎机,其特征在于:在罩壳内壁上设置有定刀,所述定刀的刀刃指向均与飞刀转动的方向相反。
6.如权利要求1所述一种安全高效的粉碎机,其特征在于:所述粉碎机还包括排料机构,所述排料机构包括设置在壳体底部的集料斗、排料杆和排料口,所述集料斗底部呈圆形并设置有圆形底板,所述排料杆设置在集料斗底部,所述排料杆中心设置转轴,所述转轴自排料杆下方伸出贯穿所述集料斗的底板,转轴下端通过皮带轮和传动皮带与减速电机连接,所述排料口设置在集料斗底部,所述排料口呈圆形,排料口的内径小于集料斗底部内径的一半,且排料口与集料斗底部圆形底板相切。
7.如权利要求6所述一种安全高效的粉碎机,其特征在于:排料杆设置有多根,呈星形设置,所述排料杆的长度等于所述圆形底板的内径长度。
8.如权利要求6所述一种安全高效的粉碎机,其特征在于:壳体两侧设置有排气口,所述排气口呈管状自壳体的侧壁斜向上伸出。
9.如权利要求8所述一种安全高效的粉碎机,其特征在于:在排气口上设置有网布。
