本实用新型公开了一种热压厚壁弯头用材料管,其为圆柱形锻管管节(1),其特征在于:锻管管节(1)剖面为对称的等腰梯形状。本实用新型采用对称等腰梯形剖面的圆柱形锻管管节作为热压厚壁弯头的材料管,以较长面作为弯头外弧,以较短面作为弯头内弧,这样,热压后直接成为标准的弯头,不会出现内弧两端多余部分,既节省了材料,也节约了加热需要的热能。当采用较长锻管下料时,可以通过斜着切割锻管,出现相对的若干梯形管,保证材料不浪费。

背景技术
目前,在管道装备制造业,热压厚壁弯头所使用的原材料为圆柱形锻管管节,每个管节压制一个弯头。所压制的弯头由于内弧小于外弧的长度,所以压制成型后把内弧侧两端多余的部分割掉,割掉的部分材料重量相当于弯头重量的30%左右,这样,既浪费了原材料,又浪费加热时的热能。
发明内容
本实用新型之目的,在于克服现有技术上述之不足,提供一种新型的热压厚壁弯头用材料管,其不但节约了材料,还节约加工热能,降低制造成本。
为达到上述之目的,本实用新型采取以下的技术方案:本实用新型为圆柱形锻管管节,其特征在于:锻管管节剖面为对称的等腰梯形状。
本实用新型采取上述技术方案,具有以下的有益效果:本实用新型采用对称等腰梯形剖面的圆柱形锻管管节作为热压厚壁弯头的材料管,以较长面作为弯头外弧,以较短面作为弯头内弧,这样,热压后直接成为标准的弯头,不会出现内弧两端多余部分,既节省了材料,也节约了加热需要的热能。当采用较长锻管下料时,可以通过斜着切割锻管,出现相对的若干梯形管,保证材料不浪费。
