本实用新型属于化工设备领域，特别涉及一种结片机。结片机，包括有机架、滚筒、料盘、刮刀系，在滚筒内壁圆周上设有滚筒夹套，料盘下端设有料盘夹套，料盘夹套一端设有媒介出口，料盘夹套另一端设有媒介入口，滚筒外表面与中心轴等高处安装一套料液喷淋装置。本实用新型结构简单，料盘中料液温度的稳定，滚筒冷却降温效果的理想，产品产率高、质量好且稳定。

本实用新型属于化工设备领域，特别涉及一种结片机。 
背景技术：
现有的结片机的转鼓一般是由单层金属板卷制而成，它的冷却方式有中心轴喷淋冷却水、雾化器冷却等，这些冷却方式由于后续的冷水一进入滚筒后即与滚筒中的热水混合，滚筒的另一端流出的水始终是热水与冷水的混合水，因此其冷却降温效果不理想，且用水量大，从而导致动力消耗大，且生产产品质量较差。另外，由于从反应釜打入料盘的高温料液温度一直处于不稳定状态，故也将影响产品质量，尤其是导致产品色度的良莠不齐。 
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术不足，提供一种结构简单，料盘中料液温度的稳定，滚筒冷却降温效果的理想，产品产率高、质量好且稳定的结片机。 
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的： 
结片机，包括有机架、滚筒、料盘、刮刀系，在滚筒内壁圆周上设有滚筒夹套，料盘下端设有料盘夹套，料盘夹套一端设有媒介出口，料盘夹套另一端设有媒介入口，在滚筒外表面与中心轴等高处安装一套料液喷淋装置，在滚筒运转的同时喷淋料液。 
具体的，滚筒夹套的一端与滚筒一端轴上的进水口连通，滚筒夹套的另一端与滚筒另一端轴上的出水口连通。 
本实用新型的有益效果是 
滚筒内圆周上设置滚筒夹套冷却，滚筒夹套内的冷却水呈湍流流动且冷却面覆盖完全，传热效率高，用水量小，动力消耗小，使滚筒的冷却降温达到最佳效果，从而能够较好的提高结片机的结片质量。设置料液喷淋装置，使物料结片均匀、迅速，大大提高了生产效率。另外，由于在料盘下方加设料盘夹套，可通入一定温度的媒介，故避免了由于料液温度的不稳定而导致的产品色度良莠不齐，有效保证了产品质量。

具体实施方式
结片机，包括有机架6，滚筒2，料盘5，刮刀系7，在滚筒2内壁圆周上设有滚筒夹套3，料盘5下端设有料盘夹套4，料盘夹套4一端设有媒介出口10，料盘夹套4另一端设有媒介入口9，在滚筒2外表面与中心轴等高处安装一套料液喷淋装置8，在滚筒2运转的同时喷淋料液，。 
滚筒夹套3的一端与滚筒2一端轴上的进水口连通，滚筒夹套3的另一端与滚筒2另一端轴上的出水口相连。 
本实用新型的工作原理：将上游工序热熔融物料通过进料口1打入料盘5中，在打料的同时往料盘夹套4中通入热媒介，停留一段时间，将料液温度稳定在所需温度，为后续的冷却结晶作准备。在滚筒夹套3中通入冷却水，开启驱动装置，滚筒2在电机的带动下旋转。滚筒2的圆周表面连续转过料盘5，料盘5中的熔融物料在滚筒2的外表面形成料膜，通过料膜与滚筒2内冷却水间的换热，使料膜迅速冷却、结晶。同时，打开料液喷淋装置8，匀速喷淋料液，在原有料模的基础上增加料模厚度及均匀度，当凝固的物料转至刮刀系7处时，被刮刀系7刮下，成为片状产品，落入固态产品收集装置并由出料口11排出包装。

1.结片机，包括有机架、滚筒、料盘、刮刀系，其特征在于：在滚筒内壁圆周上设有滚筒夹套，料盘下端设有料盘夹套，料盘夹套一端设有媒介出口，料盘夹套另一端设有媒介入口，在滚筒外表面与中心轴等高处安装一套料液喷淋装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述结片机，其特征在于，滚筒夹套的一端与滚筒一端轴上的进水口连通，滚筒夹套的另一端与滚筒另一端轴上的出水口相连。
