目前,国内的直线运动滑台技术不太成熟,在许多设备上使用精密直线运动滑台都是采用进口机械,其缺点就是周期长,成本高。 
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装使用简便,能方便多轴组合的精密直线运动滑台。 
本实用新型所要解决技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种精密直线运动滑台,包括基座、精密滚珠丝杠、在基座上设置有直线导轨,滑动座安装在直线导轨的滑座上,其特征在于:所述的滑动座和直线导轨之阀为分体结构并活动连接在一起; 
所述的基座两端分别用螺钉安装固定前轴承座和后轴承座; 
所述的精密滚珠丝杠用轴承支撑在前后轴承座上; 
所述的基座和滑动座用铝合金材料挤压成型型材; 
本实用新型的有益效果是:一种精密直线运动滑台安装使用简便,能方便多轴组合,精密滚珠丝杠传动,传动精度高,整台设备高刚性、高精度,基座、滑块、罩壳电机安装座均为铝合金结构、体积小重量轻、外观美观紧凑。

具体实施方式:
下面根据附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步介绍: 
如图1、2、3、4、5所示,基座7两端分别用螺钉11安装固定前轴承座3和后轴承座10,精密滚珠丝杠4用轴承8、12支撑在前后轴承座上,用锁紧螺母固定定位,滑动座与精密滚珠丝杠4的螺母连接,同时滑动座安装在直线滑轨的滑座上,伺服电机1通过电机安装座2与基座固定,滚珠丝杠4输入端与电机轴用联轴器14连接传递扭矩。 
在工作时,伺服电机驱动精密滚珠丝杠旋转,丝杠带动有直线滑轨导向的滑动座作直线运动,由于伺服电机控控制精确的转动角度,及丝杠、导轨较高的导向精度,滑动座的重复定位精度可控制在0.01mm之内。
