【背景技术】
液压油缸是一种应用十分广泛的工业自动化装置，其结构一般是在缸筒内装入导向套，然后在导向套内安装活塞以及活塞杆等组件。然而，导向套在横向载荷和活塞杆自重作用下很容易造成单边磨损，进而造成该液压油缸的密封性能大大降低，甚至造成液压油泄漏。
因此，为避免上述问题，确有必要提供一种结构新颖的液压油缸导向套，以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不易磨损，密封性能好的液压油缸导向套。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案为：一种液压油缸的导向套，其包括一本体部，该本体部呈中空结构，于本体部的一端设有至少一固定螺孔，于本体部的另一端设有至少一固紧螺钉；本体部的外表面上进一步设有若干密封垫圈槽，内表面上设有若干支撑环；该液压油缸的导向套进一步设有一铜套，该铜套与本体部的内表面过盈配合。
本实用新型的液压油缸的导向套进一步设置为：于所述本体部的外表面上进一步设有螺纹段。
本实用新型的液压油缸的导向套还可设置为：所述铜套与螺纹段位于本体部的同侧。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：本实用新型的液压油缸导向套通过设置强度较高的铜套，使该导向套不易磨损，从而使整个液压油缸的密封性能较好，使用寿命较长。

请参阅说明书附图1所示，本实用新型为一种液压油缸的导向套，其包括一本体部1，该本体部1呈中空结构。于本体部1的一端设有至少一固定螺孔2，于其另一端设有至少一固紧螺钉3。所述本体部1的外表面上进一步设有若干密封垫圈槽4以及螺纹段5；其内表面上设有若干支撑环6。
本实用新型的液压油缸的导向套的最大改良之处在于：其进一步设有一铜套7，该铜套7与本体部1的内表面过盈配合而将其固定于本体部1上，且该铜套7与螺纹段5位于本体部1的同侧。
本实用新型的液压油缸导向套通过设置强度较高的铜套7，使该导向套不易磨损，从而使整个液压油缸的密封性能较好，使用寿命较长。
