本实用新型涉及一种管道组对模具,属管道施工专用工具技术领域,由环套和观测尺构成,环套由两个半圆形的套筒组合而成;两个套筒一侧通过活页连接;另一侧设有夹耳,由螺杆和螺母连接固定;观测尺通过螺栓固定在环套的外壁上,本实用新型结构简单,在误差的允许范围内,能够实现两个管道准确、快捷对接,提高工作效率,减轻劳动强度。

本实用新型涉及一种管道组对模具,属管道施工专用工具技术领域。
背景技术:
在铺设管线过程中,都是在管道的两端焊接法兰,依靠法兰将两个管道的对接在一起。两个管道端口的法兰对接,需要将两个法兰的螺纹孔进行对接。在管道与法兰的焊接的同时,需将两个管道端口的法兰的螺纹孔对接一致,最终才能将两个管道通过法兰连接在一起。如果两个管道端口的法兰不对齐,一是将管道进行旋转,或是将法兰切割下来重新对齐焊接。管道较重,不易转动,往往两个管线端口的法兰对不齐。
发明内容:
本实用新型针对上述管线端口的法兰对不齐的技术难题,提供一种管道组对模具。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
本实用新型由环套和观测尺构成,环套由两个半圆形的套筒组合而成;两个套筒一侧通过活页连接;另一侧设有夹耳,由螺杆和螺母连接固定;观测尺通过螺栓固定在环套的外壁上。
观测尺最外侧的面与环套中心线之间的距离为L,法兰上法兰孔的半径为r,法兰孔中心线与法兰中心线之间的距离为m,则需满足m+r>L>m-r。
观测尺上表面与环套的轴线垂直。
本实用新型在误差的允许范围内,能够实现两个管道准确、快捷对接,提高工作效率,减轻劳动强度。

具体实施方式:
由图1和图2可知,本实用新型由环套4和观测尺5构成,环套4由两个半圆形的套筒组合而成;两个套筒一侧通过活页7连接;另一侧设有夹耳9,由螺杆8和螺母10连接固定;观测尺5通过螺栓6固定在环套4的外壁上。
所述的观测尺5最外侧的面与环套中心线之间的距离为L,法兰2上法兰孔3的半径为r,法兰孔3中心线与法兰2中心线之间的距离为m,则需满足m+r>L>m-r;观测尺5上表面与环套4的轴线垂直。
使用时,将环套4套在一个管道1上设定的位置并进行固定,同时观测尺5与地面平行;将法兰2套到管道1上。旋转法兰2,使得相邻两个法兰孔3在观测尺上形成的投影大小一致,将法兰和管道进行焊接。在焊接另一个管道时,同样依法操作,则两个管道上的法兰2的法兰孔3能够准确的对齐。

1.一种管道组对模具,由环套(4)和观测尺(5)构成,其特征是:环套(4)由两个半圆形的套筒组合而成;两个套筒一侧通过活页(7)连接;另一侧设有夹耳(9),由螺杆(8)和螺母(10)连接固定;观测尺(5)通过螺栓(6)固定在环套(4)的外壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道组对模具,其特征是:观测尺(5)最外侧的面与环套中心线之间的距离为L,法兰(2)上法兰孔(3)的半径为r,法兰孔(3)中心线与法兰(2)中心线之间的距离为m,则需满足m+r>L>m-r。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道组对模具,其特征是:观测尺(5)上表面与环套(4)的轴线垂直。
