Abstract

本发明提供一种能够快速对接且安装效率高的管道接头,包括挡环、法兰盘、管道,其特征在于所述挡环焊接在管道两端,法兰盘套装在管道上,法兰盘与管道外壁活动配合,所述法兰盘上设置有若干法兰孔,所述法兰盘的内直径大于管道的外直径且小于挡环的外直径。所述法兰盘上设置有3-6个法兰孔。采用法兰盘套装在管道上的结构,使法兰盘可以沿管道的轴线随意旋转,因此极易实现两管上法兰盘的螺孔快速对接,从而大大提高了管道的安装效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接装置,尤其涉及一种管道接头。 
背景技术
目前,煤矿井下巷道内到处都布置有风、水等管道,这些管道的铺设需要一根一根地进行连接。目前主要采用的连接方式是在每根管道的两端焊接法兰盘,然后用螺栓将两管上的法兰盘对接固定起来即可,但是这种方式在安装时存在着一些不足,主要是在两管对接时螺孔不易对准,往往需要整体转动或搬动管道,才可使两管道上的法兰盘的螺孔对准,由于管道重量较大,转动管道时不易控制和把握尺度,因此会降低操作人员的工作效率。 
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种能够快速对接且安装效率高的管道接头,包括挡环、法兰盘、管道,其特征在于所述挡环焊接在管道两端,法兰盘套装在管道上,法兰盘与管道外壁活动配合,所述法兰盘上设置有若干法兰孔,所述法兰盘的内直径大于管道的外直径且小于挡环的外直径。 
所述法兰盘上设置有3-6个法兰孔。 
本发明的有益效果:采用法兰盘套装在管道上的结构,使法兰盘可以沿管道的轴线随意旋转,因此极易实现两管上法兰盘的螺孔快速对接,从而大大提高了管道的安装效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明; 
如图1所示,挡环1焊接在管道3两端,法兰盘2套装在管道3上,法兰盘2与管道3外壁活动配合,法兰盘上设置有3-6个法兰孔4,法兰盘2的内直径大于管道3的外直径且小于挡环1的外直径,安装时将两根焊接有挡环1并且套装有法兰盘2的管道3对接,然后旋转法兰盘2,使两根管道3上的法兰盘2的螺孔对齐,最后用螺栓将两法兰盘2紧固即可,由于本发明采用法兰盘套装在管道上的结构,使法兰盘可以沿管道的轴线随意旋转,因此极易实现两管上法兰盘的螺孔快速对接,从而大大提高了管道的安装效率。

1.一种管道接头,包括挡环(1)、法兰盘(2)、管道(3),其特征在于所述挡环(1)焊接在管道(3)两端,法兰盘(2)套装在管道(3)上,法兰盘(2)与管道(3)外壁活动配合,所述法兰盘(2)上设置有若干法兰孔(4),所述法兰盘(2)的内直径大于管道(3)的外直径且小于挡环(1)的外直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道接头,其特征在于所述法兰盘(2)上设置有3-6个法兰孔(4)。
