Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，包括有工作管、套在工作管上的隔热环和外套管，隔热环的外层设有夹环，夹环通过支撑脚卡在外套管的内壁上，支撑脚上设有滑动条，外套管的内壁上对应设有顺着管线方向的滑槽，滑动条卡在滑槽中且能够沿着外套管的管线方向自由移动。本实用新型将蒸汽输送管道的内层工作管和外部保护套管采用活动方式连接在一起，能够有效缓冲内部工作管沿管线方向的伸缩变化，减小了对管道的损害，保证了管路的正常运行。

本实用新型涉及管道设备领域，具体是一种直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构。
背景技术
蒸汽输送管道一般由内层工作管和外部的保护套管组成，现有技术中内层工作管通过固定式支架连接在保护套管的内壁上，内部工作管在工作过程中由于热胀冷缩会产生径向或者沿管线方向的变形，径向的变形可以通过工作管和保护管之间的空隙进行缓冲，而沿管线方向的伸缩移动由于支架的牵拉作用无法自由进行，从而对工作管产生较大的损害，尤其是工作的管的焊缝处由于无法得到有效的缓冲容易开裂导致整个管路无法正常工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，来弥补决现有直埋蒸汽管采用的固定式支架无法自由移动从而造成工作管在热胀冷缩是容易开裂的缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，包括有工作管、套在工作管上的隔热环和外套管，其特征在于：所述隔热环的外层设有夹环，所述的夹环通过支撑脚卡在所述外套管的内壁上，所述的支撑脚上设有滑动条，所述外套管的内壁上对应设有顺着管线方向的滑槽，所述的滑动条卡在所述滑槽中且能够沿着所述外套管的管线方向自由移动。
所述的直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，其特征在于：所述的夹环包括有上、下半圆形夹板，所述上、下半圆形夹板的两端部分别设有螺栓固定位，上、下半圆形夹板分别上、下对应卡在所述的隔热环上并通过螺栓固定连接。
所述的直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，其特征在于：所述工作管与所述隔热环的连接部设有加固挡板。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型将蒸汽输送管道的内层工作管和外部保护套管采用活动方式连接在一起，能够有效缓冲内部工作管沿管线方向的伸缩变化，减小了对管道的损害，保证了管路的正常运行。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2，一种直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，包括有工作管1、套在工作管1上的隔热环2和外套管5，隔热环2的外层设有夹环3，夹环3通过支撑脚4卡在外套管5的内壁上，支撑脚4上设有滑动条6，外套管5的内壁上对应设有顺着管线方向的滑槽7，滑动条6卡在滑槽7中且能够沿着外套管5的管线方向自由移动。
本实用新型中，夹环3包括有上、下半圆形夹板，上、下半圆形夹板的两端部分别设有螺栓固定位，上、下半圆形夹板分别上、下对应卡在隔热环上并通过螺栓固定连接；工作管与隔热环的连接部设有加固挡板。
具体实施时，支撑脚4为“V”字形结构，支点处连接滑动条6，滑动条6两头微微向上翘起。滑槽7截面为半圆形，滑动条6位于滑槽7的底部。本实用新型采用四组支撑脚，相邻两个支撑脚之间的夹角为90°，通过四组支撑脚的固定使工作管1和外套管5处于同心位置。夹环3包括上、下半圆形夹板，上、下半圆形夹板的两端部分别向外侧翻折并分别开有螺栓孔，上、下半圆形夹板分别上、下对应卡在隔热环2上并通过螺栓固定连接。工作管1和隔热环2之间的连接部焊接加固挡板8，加固挡板8靠近每个支撑脚处设置，能够将工作管1、隔热环2以及支撑脚4牢靠的固定连接在一起。

1.一种直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，包括有工作管、套在工作管上的隔热环和外套管，其特征在于：所述隔热环的外层设有夹环，所述的夹环通过支撑脚卡在所述外套管的内壁上，所述的支撑脚上设有滑动条，所述外套管的内壁上对应设有顺着管线方向的滑槽，所述的滑动条卡在所述滑槽中且能够沿着所述外套管的管线方向自由移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，其特征在于：所述的夹环包括有上、下半圆形夹板，所述上、下半圆形夹板的两端部分别设有螺栓固定位，上、下半圆形夹板分别上、下对应卡在所述的隔热环上并通过螺栓固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直埋蒸汽管滑动支架结构，其特征在于：所述工作管与所述隔热环的连接部设有加固挡板。
