Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种三挡焊接合页，它包括座拍连接件、靠背连接棘片、鸡爪、铆钉、连接片和弹簧，座拍连接件、靠背连接棘片和鸡爪通过连接片连接在一起，由铆钉固定，其底部通过弹簧相勾接。座拍连接件与靠背连接棘片之间活动连接的夹角范围在α1-α2之间，即105°-125°之间。本实用新型可以作为家具配件，特别是用在钢制沙发家具上，使用时能够进行沙发座拍与靠背角度之间的调节，可以实现使用的三种角度。利用棘板、铆合夹片、座拍连接板上设置的不同安装孔，可调整沙发不同的外型尺寸。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及沙发调整装置，具体涉及一种用于调整钢制沙发座拍与靠背角度的合页，特别涉及一种三挡焊接合页。 
背景技术
现有技术中的沙发，在规格、样式上已经有了不小的改进。但是，即使十分豪华的沙发，其靠背一般都是固定的，无法实现角度的调整。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，在于克服上述现有技术中的不足，提供一种可以实现沙发靠背角度调整的三挡合页。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。 
一种三挡焊接合页，它包括座拍连接件、靠背连接棘片、鸡爪、铆钉、连接片和弹簧，座拍连接件、靠背连接棘片和鸡爪通过连接片连接在一起，由铆钉固定，其底部通过弹簧相勾接。 
所述的座拍连接件与靠背连接棘片之间活动连接的夹角范围在α1-α2之间；α1、α2角度分别为105°和125°。 
本实用新型可以作为家具配件，特别是用在钢制沙发家具上，使用时能够进行沙发座拍与靠背角度之间的调节，可以实现使用的三种角度。利用棘板、铆合夹片、座拍连接板上设置的不同安装孔，可调整沙发不同的外型尺寸。

具体实施方式
参见上述的图1-图9，三挡焊接合页，由座拍连接件1、靠背连接棘片2、鸡爪3、铆钉4、连接片5和弹簧6，座拍连接件1、靠背连接棘片2和鸡爪3通过连接片5连接在一起，由铆钉4固定，其底部通过弹簧6相勾接。 
在图5所示的水平状态中，鸡爪3处在非控位状态，座拍连接件1与靠背连接棘片2呈水平状态。 
在图3所示的一挡状态中，当靠背连接棘片2沿顺时针方向转动时，棘片2的牙顶7滑过鸡爪3顶部，使鸡爪3落入靠背连接棘片2的牙槽内；由于鸡爪3的限位作用，靠背连接棘片2不能逆时针转动，形成了第一挡位，夹角为α1：105°。 
在图4所示的二挡状态中，当靠背连接棘片2沿顺时针方向继续转动时，棘片2牙顶7滑过鸡爪3的顶部，鸡爪3落入棘片2的下一个牙槽内，由于鸡爪3在顶部8之作用点9的的限位作用，靠背连接棘片2不能逆时针转动，形成了第二挡位，夹角为α2：125°。 
在图6所示的回位状态中，当靠背连接棘片2沿顺时针方向继续转动时，靠背连接棘片的牙顶7滑过鸡爪3顶部，由于没有了牙槽的限位，鸡爪3不再限位，靠背连接棘片2可以沿逆时针方向转动，α3为90°。 
靠背连接棘片可用Mn16钢板制成，鸡爪用玛钢制成；个别部件采用淬火处理。 

Claims (2)

1.一种三挡焊接合页，其特征在于：它包括座拍连接件(1)、靠背连接棘片(2)、鸡爪(3)、铆钉(4)、连接片(5)和弹簧(6)，座拍连接件(1)、靠背连接棘片(2)和鸡爪(3)通过连接片(5)连接在一起，由铆钉(4)固定，其底部通过弹簧(6)相勾接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三挡合页，其特征在于：所述的座拍连接件(1)与靠背连接棘片(2)之间活动连接的夹角范围在105°和125°之间。
