背景技术
本实用新型创造申请日前，所使用的斜楔与销组合连接，在使用过程中存在安装过程中需要用大锤打击斜楔。一旦安装空间受限就无法达到紧固的目的，同时在使用过程中存在由于设备振动等原因出现松脱等的问题。迄今为止，尚未有此类新型销连接紧固装置公开报道。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决使用斜楔与销组合连接在安装过程中，存在安装时紧固不方便，在使用过程中出现松脱的问题，提供一种新型销连接紧固装置。本实用新型解决问题所采用的技术方案如下：该新型销连接紧固装置包括销本体及斜楔，是在销本体上增加一固定套；在斜楔小头端增焊一螺柱并配装螺母，将原有的普通斜楔改造成紧固斜楔，用螺母紧固斜楔上的螺柱，使其变成紧固斜楔，达到紧固销的效果。
本实用新型达到斜楔与销组合连接紧固的效果，有效地解决了安装时因空间狭小，无法紧固斜楔的问题，并解决了使用时由于机械振动出现松脱的问题。

参照附图，该新型销连接紧固装置是在销本体1上增加一固定套2，在斜楔3小头端增焊一螺柱4并配装螺母5，用螺母5紧固斜楔3上的螺柱4，将原有的普通斜楔改造成紧固斜楔，达到紧固销的效果，使其成为紧固斜楔与销组合连接。
