背景技术
目前螺纹紧固螺栓虽有很多种，但在一些具有特殊空间要求的，振动非常厉害的工况下，这些常规的螺纹紧固螺栓会因振动松脱而失去紧固作用，从而造成机械零部件脱落，甚至引起安全事故。因此，有必要对现有技术加以改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能有效防松脱的螺纹紧固螺栓，以满足特殊空间、高可靠性、高振动工况的要求。
本实用新型通过下列技术方案实现：一种紧固防松螺栓，包括螺杆，其特征在于螺杆端头上设有槽，其上设有径向通孔的螺母与螺杆端头相配接，通孔内设有固定钉，该固定钉的内端置于螺杆端头的槽中，螺母上套有外挡圈，以通过固定钉进一步补强螺母与螺杆的连接，再通过外挡圈防止固定钉脱出，从而有效防止螺栓松脱。
所述螺杆端头上的槽为轴向槽，至少设置两条对称槽，以便与其上的螺母进行紧固。
所述螺母上的径向通孔至少设为对称的两个，以便与螺杆端头上的轴向槽相适应，用于紧固螺栓与螺母。
所述螺母上的径向通孔为螺孔，孔中的固定钉为螺钉，以方便安装与拆卸。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果：采用上述方案，可将螺母牢固地固定在螺杆上，无论在特殊空间要求的地方，还是在激烈振动的工况下，均能保持螺栓与螺母的稳固连接，本实用新型具有结构简单，紧固、可靠性高，拆装方便等优点，从根本上解决了现有螺栓因容易松脱，而带来的机械零部件脱落，甚至引起安全事故等问题。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图1、图2，本实用新型提供的紧固防松螺栓，包括螺杆1，在螺杆1端头上对称设有两条轴向槽2，其上对称设有两个径向螺孔的螺母5与螺杆1端头相配接，每一个螺孔内设有固定螺钉4，该固定螺钉4的内端置于螺杆1端头的槽2中，螺母5上套有外挡圈3，以通过固定螺钉4进一步补强螺母5与螺杆1的连接，再通过外挡圈3防止固定螺钉4脱出，从而有效防止螺栓松脱。

1.一种紧固防松螺栓，包括螺杆，其特征在于螺杆端头上设有槽，其上设有径向通孔的螺母与螺杆端头相配接，通孔内设有固定钉，该固定钉的内端置于螺杆端头的槽中，螺母上套有外挡圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧固防松螺栓，其特征在于所述螺杆端头上的槽为轴向槽，至少设置两条对称槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紧固防松螺栓，其特征在于所述螺母上的径向通孔至少设为对称的两个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的紧固防松螺栓，其特征在于所述螺母上的径向通孔为螺孔，孔中的固定钉为螺钉。
