技术领域
本实用新型涉及高炉冷却壁内衬镶嵌的耐火砖,为一种高炉冷却壁预制大砖。 
背景技术
高炉冷却壁一般都设计成带燕尾槽内壁结构,以便镶嵌耐火砖保护层。镶嵌在冷却壁表面的耐火砖能够有效的保护冷却壁不受炉料磨损,同时也在炉壁形成一道热阻以降低炉壁散热能耗。 
目前的镶砖一般为高铝碳化硅质烧成砖,并设计成带有燕尾的结构,以便与冷却壁上的燕尾槽匹配安装。 
但由于耐火砖一般为脆性材料,所以一般在长度方向上不会设计太长,以防止在搬运与加工时这段损坏。传统的做法是生产尺寸较小的砖,用多块砖串进冷却壁的燕尾槽内最终覆盖冷却壁全宽度。但这种结构存在大量的沿高炉高度方向的竖向组合砖缝,高炉内气流容易顺此缝隙形成炉壁烟气对流,安装起来也零碎麻烦。 
发明内容
本实用新型提出一种长度方向尺寸与冷却壁宽度(高炉周长方向)相当的冷却壁大型镶砖,这样只需要一块整砖串进冷却壁燕尾槽就实现了对冷却壁的条状全覆盖。砖的长度也可以设计成相当于冷却壁宽度的一半,这样只需要两块砖串进燕尾槽,就可以实现在冷却壁宽度方向上的条状全覆盖。 
本实用新型的具体实施方法是:一种高炉冷却壁预制大砖,带有燕尾结构的冷却壁镶砖的长度与高炉周长方向的冷却壁宽度尺寸相等,但尺寸为负公差。 
一种高炉冷却壁预制大砖,带有燕尾结构的冷却壁镶砖的长度为高炉周长方向的冷却壁宽度尺寸的1/2,但尺寸为负公差。 
采用耐火泥浆注浆成型,砖内钢纤维含量高达耐火砖体积的10~20%,预制砖带有燕尾结构,砖的长度L(见附图)设计成与冷却壁宽度(高炉周长方向)的等长或一半,但尺寸应为负公差,以保证不妨碍两块冷却壁的安装。 
本实用新型的技术关键在于预制镶砖的L向尺寸要安排成与冷却壁宽度相等,或L等于冷却壁宽度的1/2,预制时控制L尺寸公差为负公差。

假定冷却壁宽度(高炉周长方向尺寸)为800mm,则镶砖尺寸L确定为800mm,公差-3mm,以保证冷却壁安装时相互间靠紧。 
实施例二 
假定冷却壁宽度(高炉周长方向尺寸)为800mm,则镶砖尺寸L确定为400mm,公差-3mm,以保证冷却壁安装时相互间靠紧。

1.一种高炉冷却壁预制大砖,其特征是:带有燕尾结构的冷却壁镶砖的长度与高炉周长方向的冷却壁宽度尺寸相等,但尺寸为负公差。
2.一种高炉冷却壁预制大砖,其特征是:带有燕尾结构的冷却壁镶砖的长度为高炉周长方向的冷却壁宽度尺寸的1/2,但尺寸为负公差。
