背景技术
塑料供水管生产线的生产设备包括控制台,挤出机,真空定型机和切断机,原料填入挤出机的填料口中,加温搅拌,经螺旋推进器不断向前从机头挤出口挤出成型,成为截面是圆环形的薄壁圆筒型材,然后进入真空定型机进行冷却定型,这种内水环冷却定径方法适用于大口径管材。对于口径在DN63以下的管材来说,生产速度慢,生产效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能提高生产速度,提高产量的用于塑料管材定径的外水环装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:用于塑料管材定径的外水环装置包括一个带有外螺纹的圆环柱形内环和一个带有内螺纹的圆环柱形外环,当所述圆环柱形内环以外螺纹旋入圆环柱形外环内螺纹时,圆柱形内环和圆柱形外环之间在沿圆周方向形成入水口,圆环柱形内环和圆环柱形外环之间下端部沿圆周方向形成出水口。
在塑料管材生产线加装本实用新型用于塑料管材定径的外水环装置后,在塑料管材进入定径套口时进行冷却,塑料管材外表面达到迅速冷却,冷却效果好,提高了产品质量,另外水环还能起到润滑作用,使管坯在高速生产时外表面也不能被拉破。
