技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铣齿机加工机床,尤其是涉及一种六轴螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机加工机床。
背景技术
螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机加工机床是汽车、电动工具等锥齿轮工件加工的主要设备。现有技术中,机械型螺旋锥齿轮加工机床的结构和调整是齿轮机床中最复杂的。随着技术的进步,出现了以数控技术形式来实现螺旋锥齿轮的加工,其运动模型为刀具箱沿X、Y轴的联动来模拟刀具绕摇台轴线的旋转,将刀倾机构的功能改为B轴的联动。但公知的使B轴联动的工件箱驱动装置多采用摩擦轮装置或扇形齿轮装置,此两种装置加工的工艺性不好,难以保证加工精度,而且工件箱的所有重量都压在扇形齿轮或摩擦轮上,摩擦轮容易打滑,卸荷比较困难,很难保证齿轮的全展成运动。并且将刀具主轴和摇台结构全部装在一个立柱上,其结构不仅导致制造成本高,而且装配的工艺性不好,难以保证加工精度。现有技术的机床工件箱回转机构的刚性很难保证,影响齿轮的加工精度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、精度高、安全可靠的六轴螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机加工机床。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种六轴螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机加工机床,包括床身,所述床身的顶面设有Y向直线导轨和X向直线导轨,所述Y向直线导轨与所述X向直线导轨相垂直;
所述Y向直线导轨上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该Y向直线导轨移动的立柱,所述立柱上设有与所述Y向直线导轨垂直的Z向直线导轨,所述Z向直线导轨上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该Z向直线导轨移动的刀具箱,所述刀具箱可在驱动机构带动下绕水平C轴产生回转;
所述X向直线导轨上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该X向直线导轨移动的X轴滑台,所述X轴滑台上设有可绕垂直于水平面的B轴转动的转台和位于所述X轴滑台内部的转台驱动机构,固定安装在所述转台上的工件箱可在驱动机构带动下绕水平A轴回转;
所述转台驱动机构包括力矩电机,所述力矩电机的内部转子与所述转台的下部相固连,所述力矩电机的外部定子与所述X轴滑台的内腔相固连。
优选地,在所述床身上设置有排屑槽。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:
由于采用上述技术方案,去掉了摩擦轮等难加工零部件,结构紧凑,装配方便,具有很好的工艺性;工件和刀具拆卸方便,具有结构简单,精度高、安全可靠等优点。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括床身1,所述床身1的顶面设有Y向直线导轨2和X向直线导轨6,所述Y向直线导轨2与所述X向直线导轨6相垂直;
所述Y向直线导轨2上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该Y向直线导轨2移动的立柱5,所述立柱5上设有与所述Y向直线导轨2垂直的Z向直线导轨4,所述Z向直线导轨4上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该Z向直线导轨4移动的刀具箱3,所述刀具箱3可在驱动机构带动下绕水平C轴产生回转;
所述X向直线导轨6上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该X向直线导轨6移动的X轴滑台7,所述X轴滑台7上设有可绕垂直于水平面的B轴转动的转台8和位于所述X轴滑台7内部的转台驱动机构10,固定安装在所述转台8上的工件箱9可在驱动机构带动下绕水平A轴回转;
所述转台驱动机构10包括力矩电机11,所述力矩电机11的内部转子12与所述转台8的下部相固连,所述力矩电机11的外部定子13与所述X轴滑台7的内腔相固连。可以通过力矩电机上自带的显示器,检查转台的转动角度。
在所述床身1上设置有排屑槽。

所述Y向直线导轨(2)上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该Y向直线导轨(2)移动的立柱(5),所述立柱(5)上设有与所述Y向直线导轨(2)垂直的Z向直线导轨(4),所述Z向直线导轨(4)上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该Z向直线导轨(4)移动的刀具箱(3),所述刀具箱(3)可在驱动机构带动下绕水平C轴产生回转;
所述X向直线导轨(6)上装有可在驱动机构带动下沿该X向直线导轨(6)移动的X轴滑台(7),所述X轴滑台(7)上设有可绕垂直于水平面的B轴转动的转台(8)和位于所述X轴滑台(7)内部的转台驱动机构(10),固定安装在所述转台(8)上的工件箱(9)可在驱动机构带动下绕水平A轴回转;
所述转台驱动机构(10)包括力矩电机(11),所述力矩电机(11)的内部转子(12)与所述转台(8)的下部相固连,所述力矩电机(11)的外部定子(13)与所述X轴滑台(7)的内腔相固连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的六轴螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机加工机床,其特征在于:在所述床身(1)上设置有排屑槽。
