本实用新型涉及一种提高电池制备良率的链式制绒设备。它包括风干槽,在风干槽内具有多组运行滚轮和多组上压滚轮构成的硅片输送装置,运行滚轮采用O型圈运行滚轮,O型圈运行滚轮上具有多个成对的滚环,每对滚环的位置对应一块硅片。原运行滚轮与运行中的硅片之间的接触可视为线接触,而O型圈运行滚轮与运行中的硅片之间的接触可视为两点接触,有效的减少了硅片与运行滚轮的接触面积,同时降低了叠片间药液残留在运行滚轮上的概率。此外,如有药液沾污情况发生,O型圈运行滚轮也较原有的滚轮更易清理。可使叠片后续的硅片进入扩散工艺时,外观问题片发生概率有效降低80%以上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种提高电池制备良率的链式制绒设备。 
背景技术
现有链式制绒设备运行滚轮的结构如图2所示,具有密集的滚环,降低了机碎比率,但增大了热风刀处的硅片与运行滚轮的接触面积。一旦硅片运行过程中在任意酸碱槽中发生叠片,叠片的硅片表面残留的酸碱药液很容易污染热风刀处的运行滚轮。同时由于运行滚轮与硅片接触面积大,使得后续正常硅片极易被运行滚轮上的药液污染,导致后续扩散工序中,硅片外观受到很大影响。此外,被药液污染后很难彻底清理干净。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:降低热风刀处运行滚轮与硅片的接触面积,降低叠片在运行滚轮上残留药液的概率,减小后续扩散工序中外观问题片发生的概率。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种提高电池制备良率的链式制绒设备,包括风干槽,在风干槽内具有多组运行滚轮和多组上压滚轮构成的硅片输送装置,运行滚轮采用O型圈运行滚轮,O型圈运行滚轮上具有多个成对的滚环,每对滚环的位置对应一块硅片。 
每个滚环与硅片的接触面采用O型橡胶圈。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:原运行滚轮与运行中的硅片之间的接触可视为线接触,而O型圈运行滚轮与运行中的硅片之间的接触可视为两点接触,有效的 减少了硅片与运行滚轮的接触面积,同时降低了叠片间药液残留在运行滚轮上的概率。此外,如有药液沾污情况发生,O型圈运行滚轮也较原有的滚轮更易清理。可使叠片后续的硅片进入扩散工艺时,外观问题片发生概率有效降低80%以上。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图1、2和3对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。 
如图1、2和3所示,该提高电池制备良率的链式制绒设备,包括风干槽1,在风干槽1内具有多组运行滚轮2和多组上压滚轮3构成的硅片输送装置,运行滚轮2采用O型圈运行滚轮,O型圈运行滚轮上具有多个成对的滚环21,每对滚环21的位置对应一块硅片4。每个滚环21与硅片4的接触面采用O型橡胶圈。热风刀5利用加热的压缩空气将经过的硅片的上下表面吹干。 
以原有RENA Intex机台为例,将热风刀5处的运行滚轮2改造成O型圈运行滚轮即可。 

Claims (2)

1.一种提高电池制备良率的链式制绒设备,包括风干槽(1),在风干槽(1)内具有多组运行滚轮(2)和多组上压滚轮(3)构成的硅片输送装置,其特征是:所述的运行滚轮(2)采用O型圈运行滚轮,O型圈运行滚轮上具有多个成对的滚环(21),每对滚环(21)的位置对应一块硅片(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高电池制备良率的链式制绒设备,其特征是:每个滚环(21)与硅片(4)的接触面采用O型橡胶圈。
