技术领域
本实用新型涉及晶硅太阳能电池片制造领域,具体地涉及一种改善湿法刻蚀机台滴液的装置。 
背景技术
在晶硅太阳能电池片的制备工艺中,通过在硅片表面制备绒面达到陷光的目的,经过扩散制结,然后去除在扩散背面及边缘形成的PN结防止短路及去除PSG,最后经过PECVD、丝网印刷及分类检测完成太阳能电池片的制备过程。目前,利用Rena机台,采用酸制绒工艺制备绒面时,由于反应过程中会有大量的酸气挥发,冷凝于盖板、支撑杆上,聚集形成液滴。因支撑杆是圆柱形,冷凝的酸气更容易聚集到支撑杆上,积累到一定程度在重力作用下滴落在硅片上,对硅片表面进一步腐蚀以致外观不良。因此,需要经常擦拭盖板、支撑杆,影响生产效率;通过加大抽风量可改善,但会影响工艺的稳定性,导致过刻、黑边等问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改善湿法刻蚀机台滴液的装置,在保证排风量对工艺不产生影响的同时,减少产线停机时间,并减少产线制程中过刻、黑边等不良制品的产生。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术解决方案是提供一种改善湿法刻蚀机台滴液的装置,包括盖板及支架,支撑杆和海绵滚轮,所述的盖板由两块倾斜交叉的盖板组成,每块盖板与水平方向夹角θ为30°-45°,所述的支撑杆外围包裹一层海绵滚轮,所述的盖板支架位于中间的支撑杆上方。 
本实用新型的有益效果是在保证排风量对工艺不产生影响的同时,减少产线停机时间,并减少产线制程中过刻、黑边等不良制品的产生。

在本具体实施方式中,一种改善湿法刻蚀机台滴液的装置包括盖板及支架,支撑杆和海绵滚轮,盖板(3)由两块倾斜交叉的盖板组成,每块盖板与水平方向夹角θ为30°,支撑杆(1)外围包裹一层海绵滚轮(4),盖板支架(2)位于中间的支撑杆上方。本具体实施方式在保证排风量对工艺不产生影响的同时,减少产线停机时间,并减少产线制程中过刻、黑边等不良制品的产生。

1.一种改善湿法刻蚀机台滴液的装置,包括盖板及支架,支撑杆和海绵滚轮,其特征在于:所述的盖板由两块倾斜交叉的盖板组成,所述的支撑杆外围包裹一层海绵滚轮,所述的盖板支架位于中间的支撑杆上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善湿法刻蚀机台滴液的装置,其特征在于:所述的盖板中每块盖板与水平方向夹角θ为30o-45o。
