本实用新型涉及一种光伏行业用的制绒机,特别涉及一种多晶制绒机引轮装置。其技术方案是:主要由压辊轴、上压轮、上连接轴承、下连接轴承、下滚轴、引轮和引轮组成,所述的压辊轴的两侧设有上连接轴承,中间设有多个上压轮;所述的下滚轴的两侧设有下连接轴承,中间设有多个引轮和挡片,引轮的两侧分别设有挡片,上压轮与引轮之间留有间隙。有益效果是:通过对多晶制绒机引轮直径与排列的改造与变化,减小引轮与硅片的压力,同时也减轻了药液对硅片腐蚀的不均匀度,有效的降低滚轮印和碎片率,从而节约了硅片片源的成本。

本实用新型涉及一种光伏行业用的制绒机,特别涉及一种多晶制绒机引轮装置。
背景技术
目前,光伏行业竞争激烈,市场对产品质量要求越来越高,特别是国内外对电池片的转换效率提高要求严格,要想在竞争中立足,必须在质量效率和降低成本上下功夫。现有的湿法制绒清洗机10008在使用过程中,硅片表面出现单面滚轮印,腐蚀量不均匀,碎片较高,滚轮印不能去除,造成硅片不能正常流入下工序。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种多晶制绒机引轮装置,减小引轮与硅片的压力,同时也减轻了药液对硅片腐蚀的不均匀度,有效的降低滚轮印和碎片率。
其技术方案是:主要由压辊轴、上压轮、上连接轴承、下连接轴承、下滚轴、引轮和引轮组成,所述的压辊轴的两侧设有上连接轴承,中间设有多个上压轮;所述的下滚轴的两侧设有下连接轴承,中间设有多个引轮和挡片,引轮的两侧分别设有挡片,上压轮与引轮之间留有间隙。

本实用新型主要由压辊轴1、上压轮2、上连接轴承3、下连接轴承4、下滚轴5、挡片6和引轮7组成,所述的压辊轴1的两侧设有上连接轴承3,中间设有多个上压轮2;所述的下滚轴5的两侧设有下连接轴承4,中间设有多个引轮7和挡片6,引轮的两侧分别设有挡片6,防止硅片移位;上压轮2与引轮7之间留有间隙,而且,压辊轴1的直径变小,增大了引轮与上压轮的间隙,厚度的减少和角度的改变从而将少了引轮与硅片的接触,使滚轮印明显减少,从而减少了片源的浪费和硅片的返工。
