锂离子电池防爆盖板,属电池安全保护装置技术领域。其目的是提供一种防爆性能可靠,且制作简单,成本低廉的锂离子电池防爆盖板。包括设有注液孔的盖板基座,电池导电正、负极和防爆膜,盖板基座(1)的中间部位处设有与其一体成型的刚性支撑基座(5),刚性支撑基座的顶端紧贴刻有防爆刻痕(8)的防爆膜(4),防爆膜的周缘与刚性支撑基座之间采用密封连接;刚性支撑基座上垂直设有多个泄气孔(6)。具有防爆性能可靠,制作简单,成本低廉的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锂离子电池防爆盖板,属电池安全保护装置技术领域。
技术背景
随着石油资源的日趋枯竭,发展以电作为动力源的电动汽车来取代现行的燃油汽车已成为一种必然的趋势,而作为电动汽车的核心部件——动力电池其重要性显得尤为突出。
锂离子动力电池因其能量密度高、自放电小、使用寿命长等特点,成为电动汽车用动力电池研发的重点对象。但锂离子电池耐过充过放性能比较差,在滥用条件下或其他非正常情况下,电池内部产生大量的热量,使电解液瞬间分解,产生大量气体,当内部气体压力超出壳体承受压力后,电池即发生爆炸。为了避免爆炸发生,一般地,电池壳体需要加装防爆装置。
目前主要有两种类型的防爆装置。一种是在电池壳体上直接打压刻痕的方式,当电池内部压力超过规定压力后,利用壳体膨胀将刻痕撕裂,达到泄压目的。但由于动力电池容量大,体积大,其壳体也相应增厚,电池内部压力增加时壳体膨胀变形不明显,采用这种刻痕的防爆装置,其防爆可靠性不高。而另一种防爆装置,其基本思路是采用金属或塑料薄膜作为防爆阀,在防爆阀下端设有保护装置,在防爆阀上端设有防爆罩和防爆针,当电池内部压力达到超出规定压力后,防爆阀向上凸起,利用防爆针将防爆阀刺破,达到泄压目的。虽然这种防爆装置可靠性较好,但其工艺复杂,制造成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种防爆性能可靠,且制作简单,成本低廉的锂离子电池防爆盖板。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种锂离子电池防爆盖板,包括设有注液孔的盖板基座,电池导电正、负极和防爆膜,其特征在于:所述盖板基座的中间部位处设有与其一体成型的刚性支撑基座,刚性支撑基座的顶端紧贴刻有防爆刻痕的防爆膜,防爆膜的周缘与刚性支撑基座之间采用密封连接;刚性支撑基座上垂直设有多个泄气孔。
其技术效果是:本实用新型由于在刻有防爆刻痕的防爆膜下面设有置带孔的刚性支撑基座,故当设置在壳体内的电池内部产生气体,导致压力增加时,气压使防爆膜向外膨胀,当气压超过一定值后,致使防爆膜上的防爆刻痕撕裂开来,电池内部气体通过刚性支撑基座上开设的泄气孔和防爆阀撕裂口外泄出来,从而达到泄压防爆的目的,其不仅防爆性能可靠,且制作简单,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,一种锂离子电池防爆盖板,包括设有注液孔7的盖板基座,电池导电正、负极和防爆膜。电池导电正、负极2、3之间的盖板基座1的中间部位处设有与盖板基座一体成型的刚性支撑基座5,刚性支撑基座的顶端紧贴刻有防爆刻痕8的防爆膜4,防爆膜的周缘与刚性支撑基座之间采用密封连接。刚性支撑基座上垂直设有多个泄气孔6。
上述防爆膜4的周缘为圆形或椭圆形,优选圆形。其正常状态可以呈平面状(见图3),也可以是从周缘到中心呈逐渐下凹状(见图2)。其呈平面状时,其平面低于盖板基座1的平面。
上述防爆膜4为金属或非金属薄片,其厚度为0.01~0.2mm,优选为0.05~0.15mm。
上述防爆膜4上的防爆刻刻痕,其形状是菱形、圆形、叉形、三角形、“一”字型、倒“V”形和人字形中的一种,优选的形状为倒“V”形或“人”字形。
上述刚性支撑基座5的强度与盖板基座1一样,不易变形。防爆膜4周缘与刚性支撑基座5采用密封连接。通过在防爆膜下端设置的刚性支撑基座,可以有效避免由于外力使防爆膜受破损,导致防爆功能失效。
上述刚性支撑基座5上的泄气孔6的位置与防爆膜上的防爆刻痕8的位置,为错开设置的方式(见图4~5)。以避免在防爆刻痕8上由于外力将防爆膜上的防爆刻痕撕裂,导致防爆功能失效。

1.一种锂离子电池防爆盖板,包括设有注液孔的盖板基座,电池导电正、负极和防爆膜,其特征在于:所述盖板基座(1)的中间部位处设有与其一体成型的刚性支撑基座(5),刚性支撑基座的顶端紧贴刻有防爆刻痕(8)的防爆膜(4),防爆膜的周缘与刚性支撑基座之间采用密封连接;刚性支撑基座上垂直设有多个泄气孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池防爆盖板,其特征在于:所述防爆膜(4)的周缘为圆形或椭圆形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锂离子电池防爆盖板,其特征在于:所述防爆膜(4)为呈平面状或从周缘到中心呈逐渐下凹状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的锂离子电池防爆盖板,其特征在于:所述上述防爆膜(4)为金属或非金属薄片,其厚度为0.01~0.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池防爆盖板,其特征在于:所述防爆膜(4)上的防爆刻刻痕(8),其形状是菱形、圆形、叉形、三角形、“一”字型、“V”形和人字形中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池防爆盖板,其特征在于:所述刚性支撑基座(5)上的泄气孔(6)的位置与防爆膜上的防爆刻痕(8)的位置,为错开设置的方式。
