本实用新型涉及一种粉碎机,尤其涉及的是一种薄膜粉碎机。
背景技术
目前,吹制的塑料薄膜按照需要经过加工切边后,会留下许多废边,为了减少浪费,这些废边必须要再利用。而将其粉碎是再利用的一个重要环节。通常薄膜废边的利用没用专用的机械,一般都是采用铡刀将薄膜铡碎,但是这种办法,其劳动强度大,效率低,不适用于工业化大生产的需要。查中国专利数据库,得到一公告号为CN2266499Y,名称为“粉碎机”的实用新型专利公开文本,公开了如下内容:一种粉碎机,其特征是在由上、下箱扣合组成的箱体中间有一可绕转子刀架转动的三片均布的转子飞刀,在箱体中间侧壁上,各有一个与转子飞刀相对应的固定定子刀片,在转子飞刀下面有一固定在筛板刀架上的户型筛板刀片,一排料斗,转子飞刀与电机上的小带轮相连接,上箱体上有一入料斗,侧面有一向箱体倾斜的平面进料口,与进料口相对应的另一侧入料斗上,有一恰能对进料喷水的喷水嘴。这种结构的粉碎机,也是用来粉碎塑料或者塑料薄膜的。但是这种粉碎机上安装较多的刀片,靠刀片的相互接触才能将塑料或者塑料薄膜进行粉碎,因而其刀片很容易磨损,使用寿命很低;这种结构的粉碎机还没有考虑到塑料薄膜是一种很轻的物料,将其送入进料口后,进过一次的刀片切割后,很难再次进入到箱体内进行再次粉碎,因而,其利用价值不是很高。 
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够将薄膜进行粉碎的薄膜粉碎机。 
为此,本实用新型是采用如下技术方案来实现的:一种薄膜粉碎机,具有粉碎腔,所述粉碎腔内设有滚子刀片,其特征在于所述粉碎腔内设有筛网,所述粉碎腔与负压气泵接通,所述滚子刀片的刀刃与所述筛网无缝接触;所述筛网为弧状,并与所述滚子刀片转动的弧度匹配。 
本实用新型中,通过负压气泵的工作,将需要粉碎的薄膜吸入粉碎腔,进过筛网后,只要有薄膜稍露出筛网的筛孔,滚子刀片便将其刮走,如此进行粉碎,其粉碎切都,粉碎速度快。

具体实施方式
参照附图,这种薄膜粉碎机,具有粉碎腔5,在粉碎腔5的上侧设有两个进料口1,分别用于薄膜裁切后两边的废边,在粉碎腔5的下侧设有出料口2,所述粉碎腔5内设有滚子刀片3,所述粉碎腔5内设有筛网4,所述粉碎腔5通过出料口2与负压气泵接通,所述滚子刀片3的刀刃与所述筛网4无缝接触;所述筛网4为弧状,并与所述滚子刀片3转动的弧度匹配。当负压气泵(图中未画出)工作时,置于进料口1处的薄膜便被吸进粉碎腔5,进入粉碎腔5后, 经过筛网4的筛孔,只要薄膜稍露出筛网4的筛孔,滚子刀片3便飞快地将其刮走,随着负压气泵的进一步吸动,薄膜每露出筛网4的筛孔一次,便被刮走,如此进行粉碎,粉碎后的粉末又通过出料口2被负压气泵吸走,而进入到薄膜制造机的料斗内,重新利用制造薄膜。这种结构的薄膜粉碎机,其粉碎速度很快,适用于高速制造薄膜的机械。

1.一种薄膜粉碎机,具有粉碎腔(5),所述粉碎腔(5)内设有滚子刀片(3),其特征在于所述粉碎腔(5)内设有筛网(4),所述粉碎腔(5)与负压气泵接通,所述滚子刀片(3)的刀刃与所述筛网(4)无缝接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜粉碎机,其特征在于所述筛网(4)为弧状,并与所述滚子刀片(3)转动的弧度匹配。
