本实用新型属于机械传动技术领域,具体地说,它涉及的是一种水润滑弹性金属塑料水导轴承。 
背景技术
目前,水轮发电机水润滑水导轴承大都采用橡胶轴承,由于橡胶轴承弹性大、磨损大、承载能力低、摩擦系数大、吸水率高以及易老化等缺点,难以满足水轮发电机组的安全运行。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种耐磨损、耐老化、不吸水、耐蠕变性好、承载能力大,使用寿命长的水润滑弹性金属塑料水导轴承。 
为此目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种水润滑弹性金属塑料水导轴承,其特征在于:由2-20块固定在轴承座[2]上的水导轴承瓦块[1]组成,所述的水导轴承是在承载面[3]的侧面设有润滑水沟[4],底部设水沟[6],对角线上开有排污槽[5]。 
本实用新型具有耐磨损、耐老化、不吸水、耐蠕变性好、承载能力大,使用寿命长等优点。

具体实施方式
一种水润滑弹性金属塑料水导轴承,由2-20块固定在轴承座[2]上的水导轴承瓦块[1]组成,如11.5万KW机组水导轴承为12块,并用螺栓固定在轴承座[2]上,所述的水导轴承瓦块[1]是在承载面[3]的侧面设有润滑水沟[4],底部设水沟[6],对角线上开有排污槽[5]。其作用是排出润滑水中的泥沙,避免泥沙进入工作面,防止由于泥沙进入使用面造成的轴承磨损和烧瓦现象,另外也使润滑水迅速形成水膜。
