本实用新型涉及一种工件夹具，具体来说是一种摩擦片螺旋油槽加工夹具。
背景枝术
目前，我国汽车零部件生产企业对于汽车离合器摩擦片毛坯加工时，一般都是用东西夹住毛坯片的外端或者撑住内圈来固定毛坯片进行加工，但是这样夹不易夹平夹稳，毛坯片容易跟着夹具转，不能固定，从而不能保证加工出来的产品的端面在一个平面上，废品率很大。
实用新型内容
针对上述存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种能够将摩擦片毛坯完全固定的摩擦片螺旋油槽加工夹具。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种摩擦片螺旋油槽加工夹具，包括圆盘、强力永久磁铁、卡齿块、定位块，其特征是：圆盘内部安装有强力永久磁铁，圆盘外圈固定有卡齿块和定位块。
本实用新型的优点：能够将摩擦片毛坯夹平夹稳，并且产品的同轴度好，装夹效率高。

现结合附图，对本实用新型进一步具体说明。
如图1所示，圆盘1内部安装有强力永久磁铁2，圆盘1外圈固定有卡齿块3和定位块4。
工作时，圆盘1内的强力永久磁铁2将毛坯片牢牢吸住，卡齿块3卡住毛坯片外圈齿的齿隙，固定块4固定住毛坯片外圈齿端。
