一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及工业炉窑技术领域,具体的说是一种新型燃气锻造加热炉。
二、背景技术
目前常规的室式燃气锻造加热炉已在机械行业广泛使用,该传统炉型的排烟口均设在侧墙上,炉气水平流动,加热炉的热效率低。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型燃气锻造加热炉,可以改善加热工件热交换条件,提高热效率。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括地下烟道,炉炕,侧墙排烟孔,双层炉门排烟孔,还在炉炕上均匀分布有炉炕排烟孔,每个炉炕排烟孔的截面尺寸为116×65mm,炉炕排烟孔的总面积为炉炕面积的35%-40%,炉炕排烟孔与地下烟道相通。
本实用新型的优点是:因为炉炕上设置了许多排烟孔,排烟孔均直接与地下烟道相通,促使炉膛内大部分高温烟气流必须经过工件才能进入地下烟道,改善了工件对流热交换条件。因此,使工件受热均匀、缩短了加热时间,提高了加热质量和炉子热效率。

图中:1-炉顶,2-平焰烧嘴,3-地下烟道,4-炉炕,5-炉炕排烟孔,6-侧墙排烟孔,7-双层炉门排烟孔。
从图1、2、3可知,新型燃气锻造加热炉包括地下烟道3,炉炕4,侧墙排烟孔6,双层炉门排烟孔7,还在炉炕上均匀分布有炉炕排烟孔5,每个炉炕排烟孔5的截面尺寸为116×65mm,炉炕排烟孔5的总面积为炉炕面积的35%-40%,炉炕排烟孔5与地下烟道3相通。
此炉型的燃烧器为燃气烧嘴。烧嘴可以装在炉顶,也可以装在侧墙。本实施例以烧嘴装在炉顶进行说明:
设在锻造炉炉顶1的平焰烧嘴2喷出旋转气流,在喇叭形烧嘴砖配合下,充分伸展形成盘形平火焰。锻件主要受高温辐射加热,其次受炉气对流加热。在炉底烟道3负压作用下,60%的高温烟气穿过工件,经过炉炕4上所开的炉炕排烟孔5进入地下烟道3,其余约40%的高温烟气经侧墙排烟孔6及双层炉门排烟孔7进入地下烟道。
本实用新型结构促使炉膛内大部分高温烟气必须经过工件才能进入地下烟道,增强了高温烟气与工件的对流换热,使工件受热均匀、缩短加热时间,提高了工件的加热质量和炉子的热效率。
