本实用新型涉及一种生产线废料回收装置。
背景技术
目前，BOPP生产线上的废料基本上都无法重复利用，不仅浪费严重，而且废料不可重复使用，造成能耗损失和环境污染。所以，寻求一种新型的设备，回收BOPP废料，以使其可以重复利用，节约能源，变费为宝，将成为本实用新型的重点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种生产线废料回收装置，本实用新型的装置实现了BOPP废料的回收利用，方便高效，降低了生产成本，且结构设计合理，设备简单实用，体现了节能，环保的特点。
为达到上述的目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种生产线废料回收装置，包括第一挤出机，第二挤出机，冷却水槽，切粒机，料仓；其中第一挤出机与第二挤出机相连，第二挤出机与冷却水槽相连，冷却水槽与切粒机相连，切粒机与料仓相连；第一挤出机上设有废塑料入口，第二挤出机与冷却水槽相连的连接端处依次安装有过滤器和模口。
所述的冷却水槽一端安装有除水风机。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的装置实现了BOPP废料的回收利用，方便高效，降低了生产成本，且结构设计合理，设备简单实用，体现了节能，环保的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种生产线废料回收装置，包括第一挤出机1，第二挤出机2，冷却水槽3，切粒机4，料仓5；其中第一挤出机1与第二挤出机2相连，第二挤出机2与冷却水槽3相连，冷却水槽3与切粒机4相连，切粒机4与料仓5相连；第一挤出机1上设有废塑料入口6，第二挤出机2与冷却水槽3相连的连接端处依次安装有过滤器7和模口8。所述的冷却水槽3一端安装有除水风机9。本实用新型的装置，将生产线上多余的BOPP废料经过废塑料入口6进入第一挤出机1内进行熔化，然后输送进入第二挤出机2，第二挤出机2给废料一定的压力，对废料进行剪切，然后通过过滤器7和模口8后出来的BOPP废料变为粉丝状熔体，经过冷却水槽3的冷却，配除水风机9对其进行除水后，出来的BOPP废料变成固体粉丝状，然后通过切粒机4对其进行切粒，切成5mm大小的小方粒后送入料仓，可回收重复生产。

1.一种生产线废料回收装置，其特征在于：包括第一挤出机(1)，第二挤出机(2)，冷却水槽(3)，切粒机(4)，料仓(5)；其中第一挤出机(1)与第二挤出机(2)相连，第二挤出机(2)与冷却水槽(3)相连，冷却水槽(3)与切粒机(4)相连，切粒机(4)与料仓(5)相连；第一挤出机(1)上设有废塑料入口(6)，第二挤出机(2)与冷却水槽(3)相连的连接端处依次安装有过滤器(7)和模口(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种生产线废料回收装置，其特征在于：所述的冷却水槽(3)一端安装有除水风机(9)。
