本实用新型涉及一种双焊接头的超声波塑料焊接设备,其特点在于包括机架、上超声换能器、下超声换能器、上模具及下模具,其中机架上设置有可上、下升降的立柱式升降支架,上超声换能器安装于升降支架上,并可随升降支架作上、下升降调节;上模具安装于上超声换能器的底部,且该上模具的熔接面呈朝下设置;下超声换能器安装于机架中,下模具安装于下超声换能器上,并且该下模具的熔接面与上模具的熔接面呈相对设置。工作时,塑料工件的上、下二面能同时受到超声波的振动,从而可以成倍地增加塑料工件的熔接端面的振幅,做到单一个模具头的振幅不用太大的情况下,达到理想的瞬间熔接效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种超声波塑料焊接设备。 
背景技术
超声波塑料工件焊接技术的工作原理是这样的:由发生器产生高压、高频信号,通过换能系统,把信号转换为高频机械振动,加于塑料制品工件上,通过工件表面及内在分子间的摩擦而使工件接口的温度升高,当温度达到此工件本身的熔点时,工件接口迅速溶化,继而填充于接口间的空隙,当震动停止,工件同时在一定的压力下冷却定形,从而达到焊接目的。 
在目前的广泛应用当中,某些塑料工件的焊接要求是传统单面焊接头的超声波很难解决的。例如:当塑料工件的材质是PP、PE、PC、POM、PA等,或者塑料工件的尺寸过大,就需要大幅度的振动来进行摩擦熔接,而传统单面焊接头的大功率超声波很难达到足够的熔接振幅。如果试图通过模具头的设计来增加熔接面的振幅,又会很容易造成损坏或振裂模具头、甚至换能器和功率源。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述不足,提供一种具有双焊接头的,能有效满足各种塑料工件接口的焊接需要,且结构设计合理,和能有效地降低模具头的损坏机率的双焊接头的超声波塑料焊接设备。 
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的: 
一种双焊接头的超声波塑料焊接设备,其特点在于包括机架、上超声换 能器、下超声换能器、上模具及下模具,其中机架上设置有可上、下升降的立柱式升降支架,上超声换能器安装于升降支架上,并可随升降支架作上、下升降调节;上模具安装于上超声换能器的底部,且该上模具的熔接面呈朝下设置;下超声换能器安装于机架中,下模具安装于下超声换能器上,且该下模具的熔接面与上模具的熔接面呈相对设置。 
上述机架中设有固定支架,该固定支架上安装有超声换能器变幅杆,上述下超声换能器安装于固定支架中,并与变幅杆的底部相连接,该变幅杆的顶部与下模具相连接。 
上述升降支架包括立柱、安装支架,其中立柱安装于机架上设有的安装座中,安装支架可上、下升降地安装于立柱上;安装支架中设有气缸及活动机头,并在位于活动机头一侧的安装支架中还设置有导柱,该活动机头通过其顶部与气缸相连接、及其另一侧与导柱相套接而在气缸的带动下实现平稳地上、下升降;上述上超声换能器安装于活动机头中,并在该上超声换能器的底部还连接有变幅杆,上述上模具吊装于该变幅杆上。 
本实用新型的技术效果: 
通过采用在超声波塑料焊接设备上设置上、下二套超声振动机构,工作时,塑料工件的上、下二面能同时受到超声波的振动,从而可以成倍地增加塑料工件的熔接端面的振幅,做到单一个模具头的振幅不用太大的情况下,达到理想的瞬间熔接效果;同时也有效地降低了模具头损坏的机率,延长了设备的使用寿命。本设备能广泛、有效地满足各种塑料工件接口的焊接需要,而且还具有结构设计合理、可靠性高、性能稳定的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本实用新型所述的一种双焊接头的超声波塑料焊接设备,包括机架1、上超声换能器2、下超声换能器3、上模具4及下模具5,其中机架1上设置有可上、下升降的立柱式升降支架6,上超声换能器2安装于升降支架6上,并可随升降支架6作上、下升降调节,以满足各种不同塑料工件的焊接需要。上模具4安装于上超声换能器2的底部,且该上模具4的熔接面(或称作熔接端面)呈朝下设置;下超声换能器3安装于机架1中,下模具5安装于下超声换能器3上,并且该下模具5的熔接面与上模具4的熔接面呈相对设置。本设备工作时,通过将塑料工件放置于上模具4与下模具5之间,塑料工件的上、下二面就能同时受到超声波的振动,从而就可以成倍地增加塑料工件的熔接端面的振幅,做到单一个模具头的振幅不用太大的情况下,达到理想的瞬间熔接效果。为使下超声换能器3能够简单、可靠地固定在机架1中,如图1与图2所示,在机架1中还设有用于安装下超声换能器3的固定支架7,该固定支架7上安装有超声换能器变幅杆8,所述下超声换能器3安装于固定支架7中,并与变幅杆8的底部相连接,该变幅杆8的顶部与下模具5相连接。同时,为了保护下超声换能器3不受到损坏的同时保护操作人员免受高压触电的危险,在固定支架7的底部还设有将下超声换能器3笼罩起来的防护罩20。为使本实用新型具有结构合理、可靠性高的特点,如图1、图2所示,所述升降支架6包括立柱61、安装支架62,其中立柱61安装于机架1上设有的安装座12中,安装支架62可上、下升降地安 装于立柱61上;安装支架62中设有气缸9及活动机头10,并在位于活动机头10一侧的安装支架62中还设置有导柱63,该活动机头10通过其顶部与气缸9相连接、及其另一侧与导柱63相套接而在气缸9的带动下实现平稳地上、下升降;所述上超声换能器2安装于活动机头10中,并在该上超声换能器2的底部还连接有变幅杆8,所述上模具4吊装于该变幅杆8上。同时,为使本设备能够方便地根据需要进行调节,在活动机头10的底部还设计有数根调节螺栓30,该些调节螺栓30可以方便地调节模具、气缸的各项参数。同时,又为了方便工作人员操作升降支架6的上、下升降调节,在升降支架6的一侧还设有升降手摇轮40及定位锁定作用的锁紧手柄50等,以在机架1的前端面还设有控制按键操作平台60等等。由于这些部件与现有的单焊接头的超声波塑料焊接设备基本相同的部件,属于本领技术人员所熟知的技术要素,故此不作详细描述。 

Claims (3)

1.一种双焊接头的超声波塑料焊接设备,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、上超声换能器(2)、下超声换能器(3)、上模具(4)及下模具(5),其中机架(1)上设置有可上、下升降的立柱式升降支架(6),上超声换能器(2)安装于升降支架(6)上,并可随升降支架(6)作上、下升降调节;上模具(4)安装于上超声换能器(2)的底部,且该上模具的熔接面呈朝下设置;下超声换能器(3)安装于机架(1)中,下模具(5)安装于下超声换能器(3)上,且该下模具(5)的熔接面与上模具(4)的熔接面呈相对设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述双焊接头的超声波塑料焊接设备,其特征在于:上述机架(1)中设有固定支架(7),该固定支架(7)上安装有超声换能器变幅杆(8),上述下超声换能器(3)安装于固定支架(7)中,并与变幅杆(8)的底部相连接,该变幅杆(8)的顶部与下模具(5)相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述双焊接头的超声波塑料焊接设备,其特征在于:上述升降支架(6)包括立柱(61)、安装支架(62),其中立柱(61)安装于机架(1)上设有的安装座(12)中,安装支架(62)可上、下升降地安装于立柱(61)上;安装支架(62)中设有气缸(9)及活动机头(10),并在位于活动机头(10)一侧的安装支架(62)中还设置有导柱(63),该活动机头(10)通过其顶部与气缸(9)相连接、及其另一侧与导柱(63)相套接而在气缸(9)的带动下实现平稳地上、下升降;上述上超声换能器(2)安装于活动机头(10)中,并在该上超声换能器(2)的底部还连接有变幅杆(8),上述上模具(4)吊装于该变幅杆(8)上。
