Abstract

一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,包括灯座,灯罩以及端盖,灯座两侧面分别设有凸起和凹槽,灯座内设有管卡,冷阴极灯管通过管卡固定在灯座上;灯座内安装有逆变器,冷阴极灯管通过耐高压导线与逆变器的输出端电连接。冷阴极灯管两端通过硅胶套固定,端盖上设有通孔,灯罩内表面为条纹状,冷阴极灯管的外径范围为2.4mm~8.0mm。本实用新型一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,具有长寿命,无频闪,光线稳定,显色性好,有效保护视力,以及节能环保的优点;且能模组化,可以随意多根组合,特别适用于学校教室、商场等照明场所。

一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明灯具,特别是一种一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯。
背景技术
现有的T5/T8支架灯存在以下缺点:
1.  使用电感整流器驱动,存在频闪现象(50Hz交流电每秒亮灭50次),会给人眼造成较大影响,长时间使用很容易引起视觉疲劳,对使用者的视力,特别是青少年的视力造成危害;
2.  灯管为传统荧光灯管,使用寿命短,只有8000小时左右,灯管用荧光粉质量低,在显色指数上通常难达到80Ra,显色性差;
3.  使用整流器驱动,频繁开关易坏驱动元器件,再次打开时会出现闪烁现像,寿命短、需经常更换;
4.  灯管内水银含量很难控制,不利于环境保护;
5.  多根支架灯组合安装时,需要外壳;
6.  一般支架灯光损失很大。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,具有长寿命,无频闪,光线稳定,显色性好,有效保护视力,以及节能环保的优点;且能模组化,可以随意多根组合。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,包括灯座,灯罩以及端盖,灯座两侧面分别设有凸起和凹槽,灯座内设有管卡,冷阴极灯管通过管卡固定在灯座上;
灯座内安装有逆变器,冷阴极灯管通过耐高压导线与逆变器的输出端电连接。
冷阴极灯管两端通过硅胶套固定。
端盖上设有通孔。
灯罩内表面为条纹状。
冷阴极灯管的外径范围为2.4mm~8.0mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,有益效果如下:
1、灯座两侧面设有凸起和凹槽,便于灯具模组化,可以随意多只支架灯组合。
2、透明灯罩内表面为条纹状,可以把灯管发出的光分散,防止眩光;
3、端盖上设有通孔,可以用绳索吊挂,放便安装。
4、由于采用冷阴极灯管,寿命可达5万小时以上,比T5灯管寿命高5倍,显色指数可达85~90Ra,显色性好;由于冷阴极荧光灯管采用玻管是抗UV的,无紫外线,适用于长时间照明,对人体皮肤没有伤害,改变以前长期在光照下会长斑的状况;
冷阴极荧光灯管中汞含量能精确控制,单支灯管的汞含量为T5灯管汞含量的30%,符合欧盟的环保要求;
5、灯管驱动采用45KHz到55KHz的高频驱动方式,人眼感觉不到灯光的变化,有效保护视力;
采用大电流驱动,整灯具有灯管参数自动优化,具有很高的光电转换效率,光效在一级能效以上,大于69Lm/w,电能转换效率大于90%,高于电子整流器效率5%~10%;
逆变器通过升压变压器,间接驱动灯管,而不是像整流器通过电厂直接驱动灯管,开关不会因为频繁开关损坏,开关次数在100,000次以上。
6、在相同光通量情况下,本实用新型能有效提高了30%到40%的照度,整灯具能自动检测灯管的异常状态,启动保护功能,关断输出电路,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,包括灯座1,灯罩2以及端盖5,灯座1两侧面分别设有凸起8和凹槽9,灯座1内设有管卡7,冷阴极灯管3通过管卡7固定在灯座1上;
灯座1内安装有逆变器4,冷阴极灯管7通过耐高压导线与逆变器4的输出端电连接。
所述冷阴极灯管3两端通过硅胶套6固定。
所述端盖5上设有通孔10。
所述灯罩2内表面为条纹状。
所述冷阴极灯管7的外径范围为2.4mm~8.0mm。
实施例:
如图1所示,灯座1采用的塑料材质。冷阴极灯管4被灯罩2罩住,灯罩2内表面结构成条纹形状,如图2所示,可以把灯管发出的光分散,防止眩光。灯罩2固定利用开口处弹性卡住灯座1并固定在灯座1上,灯座1固定光源的面上附有高反光率的反光材料,有效提高反光率,冷阴极灯管3两端的电极处用硅胶套6套住,使电极处绝缘。
作为优选方案,冷阴极灯管3外径采用6.3mm,管长为400mm到1160mm,设计管电流为20mA到40mA,两灯管的总功率为13W到60W。冷阴极灯管3采用AC 85~260V输入的逆变器驱动,单端高压驱动。
如图3所示、灯座1两边分别有一个凸起8和一个凹槽9。一个灯座1的凸起8插入另一个灯座1凹槽9,构成一个如图5所示的模组化灯具。
如图4所示,端盖5上留有穿绳索用的通孔10,可以用套上绳索吊挂灯具。
本实用新型的设计参数为:
本实用新型实施例作为优选的方案,采用2根13W的冷阴极灯管3按照上述方式组装,灯具的参数如下:
显色指数:85~87Ra;
发光效率: 70 lm/W;
测试光通量:1820Lm;
开关次数:110万次。

1.一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,包括灯座(1),灯罩(2)以及端盖(5),其特征在于:灯座(1)两侧面分别设有凸起(8)和凹槽(9),灯座(1)内设有管卡(7),冷阴极灯管(3)通过管卡(7)固定在灯座(1)上;
灯座(1)内安装有逆变器(4),冷阴极灯管(7)通过耐高压导线与逆变器(4)的输出端电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,其特征在于:冷阴极灯管(3)两端通过硅胶(6)套固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,其特征在于:端盖(5)上设有通孔(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,其特征在于:灯罩(2)内表面为条纹状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一体式冷阴极荧光支架灯,其特征在于:冷阴极灯管(7)的外径范围为2.4mm~8.0mm。
