本实用新型涉及一种照明灯具,具体涉及一种采用冷阴极灯管作为光源的弧形格栅灯。
背景技术
传统弧形格栅灯使用灯管主要为T5或T8日光灯,存在功耗较大,寿命短,光衰快,启动次数少等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种使用寿命长、节省能源、显色性好的采用冷阴极灯管的弧形格栅灯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种采用冷阴极灯管的弧形格栅灯,包括灯具底盘、灯具头和弧形格栅,冷阴极灯管通过管卡固定在灯具底盘的反光板上,逆变器的接线端子与冷阴极灯管的电极连接。冷阴极灯管采用U型灯管。
本实用新型提供的采用冷阴极灯管的弧形格栅灯,.灯管采用双U型冷阴极灯管,管径4.0mm,与传统T5热阴极荧光灯相比,寿命可达50万小时以上;耐频繁开关不低于100万次;功耗小,光衰小,管壁温度低,有效降低发热引起的发热损耗。双U型冷阴极灯管与一拖二逆变器配合,双高压驱动,灯管点灯参数更稳定。逆变器输入电压为交流220V,与传统直流输入逆变器相比,无需转换电压,方便家庭,办公室使用。
与T52×20W弧形格栅灯测试对比数据如下:
(1).T52×20W弧形格栅灯功耗在39~41W之间,本专利弧形格栅灯功耗在28~35W之间;
(2).T52×20W弧形格栅灯光通量890~1000lm,本专利弧形格栅灯光通量1300~1500lm,光通量大大提升。
(3).T52×20W弧形格栅灯显色指数Ra 75~80之间,本专利弧形格栅灯显色指数Ra 80~85之间。本专利弧形格栅灯显色指数优于传统弧形格栅灯。
(4).T52×20W弧形格栅灯管壁温度为70~80℃本专利弧形格栅灯管壁温度在40~60℃之间,发热量明显减少,热损耗量少,更节能环保。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种采用冷阴极灯管的弧形格栅灯,包括灯具底盘1、灯具头5和弧形格栅4,冷阴极灯管3通过管卡6固定在灯具底盘1的反光板上,逆变器7的接线端子与冷阴极灯管3的电极连接。
图1的实施例中的冷阴极灯管3采用的是双U型冷阴极灯管。
本实用新型组装时,反光板通过管卡6固定在灯具底盘1上,管卡6采用塑料制,六只并排固定在反光板上。管卡6末端穿过反光板孔和灯具底盘1的开孔后,末端通过螺母固定。2只U型冷阴极灯管3并排固定在管卡6上。逆变器7固定在灯具底盘1一侧,U型冷阴极灯管电极端,逆变器7的四个接线端子与U型冷阴极灯管3的四个电极端相连。弧形格栅4与灯具底盘1弧形侧板配合。两个灯具头5与灯具底盘1的弧形侧板合上,从而固定整个灯具。

1.一种采用冷阴极灯管的弧形格栅灯,包括灯具底盘(1)、灯具头(5)和弧形格栅(4),其特征在于:冷阴极灯管(3)通过管卡(6)固定在灯具底盘(1)的反光板上,逆变器(7)的接线端子与冷阴极灯管(3)的电极连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用冷阴极灯管的弧形格栅灯,其特征在于:冷阴极灯管(3)采用U型灯管。
