背景技术
真空泵排气阀排出的气体含有微量油，排气阀消音器填充物消音棉容易吸收油，不便于清洗，如果清洗不彻底会造成排气不畅，导致设备过热，影响正常运行和产生很大的噪音。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种消音效果好的消音器。
为达上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种消音器，包括两端开口的外容器，外容器内部设置有下端开口的内容器，内容器下端开口与外容器下端开口连通，位于外容器中的内容器壁上开有孔。
外容器上部设置有Y型管与其上端开口连通。
位于外容器中的内容器侧壁及上部都均匀设置有微孔。
本实用新型，包括两端开口的外容器，外容器内部设置有下端开口的内容器，内容器下端开口与外容器下端开口连通，位于外容器中的内容器壁上开有孔；外容器上部设置有Y型管与其上端开口连通；位于外容器中的内容器侧壁及上部都均匀设置有微孔；来自真空泵的排气通过管道进入内容器，通过内容器上的微孔消音后，进入外容器，最后进入Y型管再次消音，本实用新型可进行多次消音，消音效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种消音器，包括两端开口的外容器2，外容器2内部设置有下端开口的内容器3，内容器3下端开口与外容器2下端开口连通，位于外容器2中的内容器3侧壁及上部都均匀设置有微孔4，外容器2上部设置有Y型管1与其上端开口连通。
使用时，来自真空泵的排气通过管道进入内容器3，通过内容器3上的微孔4消音后，进入外容器2，最后进入Y型管1再次消音，本实用新型可进行多次消音，消音效果好。

1.一种消音器，其特征在于，包括两端开口的外容器，外容器内部设置有下端开口的内容器，内容器下端开口与外容器下端开口连通，位于外容器中的内容器壁上开有孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的消音器，其特征在于，外容器上部设置有Y型管与其上端开口连通。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的消音器，其特征在于，位于外容器中的内容器侧壁及上部都均匀设置有微孔。
