Abstract
动物细胞培养用的多边形塑料培养袋。现有的反应器采用不锈钢结构,多次使用必须消毒灭菌,需要设置高压蒸汽源。本产品组成包括:多边形塑料袋底片(90),所述的多边形塑料袋底熔接塑料袋上片(92),所述的塑料袋上片中间熔接塑料多功能盘(91),温度探头(82)、PH探头(81)和溶氧探头(80)分别安装在所述的塑料多功能盘上并且穿入到所述的多边形塑料培养袋里面,所述的塑料多功能盘上还具有进气口(86)、出气口(83)和进料口(88)。本实用新型为动物细胞培养提供了优质环境。
Description
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种细胞生物反应器,具体涉及一种用于动物细胞培养的多边形塑料培养袋。
背景技术:
目前世界生物技术制药产业发展迅猛,并已取得了巨大的成就。通过动物细胞体外培养表达和生产各类诊断和治疗用单克隆抗体,疫苗,生长因子等生物活性蛋白质具有十分广泛的市场应用前景。因此,用来大规模高密度培养动物细胞的生物细胞反应器,就成了生物技术制药产业中最重要的装备。它很大程度上决定了生物技术制药企业的产品成本,生产规模和产品种类。现有的反应器采用插入罐体内的机械搅拌,搅拌装置结构及其润滑物质经常带来的微生物污染的问题,搅拌润滑带入杂菌的情况发生率高,一旦杂菌污染,就会造成细胞死亡。为提高溶氧水平,通常都是采用液面下鼓气来实现,但不论是用混合气体或者是利用纯氧气都有其负作用,由于气泡在液体表面破裂其爆炸力可以损伤动物细胞,而纯氧量太大也可致使细胞氧中毒,另外在中、小体积培养时,由于传统搅拌罐的不锈钢罐体和管路,使反应器不能移动,环境要求高,加热和灭菌必须使用高压蒸汽,这就需要蒸汽源等特殊条件,从而使得反应器的通用性和方便性受到了很大的限制。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种动物细胞培养用的多边形塑料培养袋,把对细胞的损伤减少到最小的程度,给细胞提供良好的生长环境。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
动物细胞培养用的多边形塑料培养袋,其组成包括:多边形塑料袋底片,所述的多边形塑料袋底片熔接塑料袋上片,所述的塑料袋上片中间熔接塑料多功能盘,温度探头、PH探头和溶氧探头分别安装在所述的塑料多功能盘上并且穿入所述的多边形塑料培养袋里面,所述的塑料多功能盘上还具有进气口、出气口和进料口。
所述的动物细胞培养用的多边形塑料培养袋,所述的多边形的边数为6-12。
所述的动物细胞培养用的多边形塑料培养袋,所述的塑料多功能盘上具有盘卡。
有益效果:
1.就细胞细胞反应器本身而言,面对动物细胞大规模高密度培养的要求,要保证提供给细胞最好的生长环境,把对细胞的损伤减少到最低程度,由于塑料培养袋本身的材料的生物惰性,可以直接接触细胞和培养液并采用摇摆反应而无需搅拌装置,也就从根本上消除了机械剪切力和鼓泡爆裂对动物细胞造成的伤害。本产品应用于摇床式的摇动摆动摇床中,通过摇动和摆动的复合运动在仿生环境和脉冲中进行细胞培养。
2传统搅拌罐由于采用不锈钢罐体并通过管路固定,使反应器不能移动,需清洁消毒和认证,环境要求高,加热和灭菌必须使用高压蒸汽,这就需要蒸汽源等特殊条件,从而使得反应器的通用性和方便性受到了很大的限制。塑料培养袋的一次性使用,无需清洁消毒和认证,又无交叉感染,大大降低了污染的机率,是一种可靠的生产设备。
3.本实用新型密闭性好,培养过程安全,对工作环境的要求相对较低,通用性好。
