本实用新型涉及一种车辆电瓶固定装置,电瓶本体上设有十字形压板,压板位于电瓶的两侧通过螺杆与放置电瓶的底板连接。所述压板位于电瓶的两侧开设有螺杆孔,所述螺杆穿过压板螺杆孔与放置电瓶的底板连接。螺杆下端设有挂钩,底板两侧设有挂环;螺杆上端设有将压板与电瓶压紧固定在一起的锁紧螺母。本实用新型提供了一种不会对电瓶外壳造成损伤,使电瓶及电瓶架整体更美观,且拆装容易的车辆电瓶固定装置。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用以固定车载电瓶的装置。 
背景技术
目前,车辆上的电瓶多是利用铁皮条或扎带将电瓶固定在电瓶支架上,这样固定的固定方式不但会损伤电瓶外壳,影响整体美观性,而且当需要更换或维修电瓶时,电瓶的拆装较为麻烦。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,设计开发出了一种不会对电瓶外壳造成损伤,使电瓶及电瓶架整体更美观,且拆装容易的车辆电瓶固定装置。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种车辆电瓶固定装置,电瓶本体上设有十字形压板,压板位于电瓶的两侧通过螺杆与放置电瓶的底板连接。 
一种车辆电瓶固定装置,所述压板位于电瓶的两侧开设有螺杆孔,所述螺杆穿过压板螺杆孔与放置电瓶的底板连接。 
一种车辆电瓶固定装置,所述的螺杆下端设有挂钩,底板两侧设有挂环;螺杆上端设有将压板与电瓶压紧固定在一起的锁紧螺母。 
一种车辆电瓶固定装置,所述的锁紧螺母为蝶型螺母。 
本实用新型利用十字形压板用以压住电瓶并将电瓶固定,十字形压板能有效增大受压面积,两侧通过螺杆连接固定,不会造成电瓶受压损坏,而且使整体更加美观。通过蝶型螺母锁紧使压板压住电瓶。在维修更换电瓶时,只需要松开蝶型螺母,即可取下压板,进行电瓶的维修和更换。

本实用新型电瓶本体1上设有十字形压板5,压板5位于电瓶1的两侧开设有螺杆孔,螺杆2穿过压板螺杆孔与放置电瓶1的底板6连接。螺杆2下端设有挂钩,底板6两侧设有挂环3;螺杆下端挂钩钩住挂环3,螺杆2上端通过蝶型螺母4将压板5与电瓶1压紧固定在一起。本实用新型十字形压板5用以压住电瓶1并将电瓶1固定,十字形压板5能有效增大受压面积,两侧通过螺杆2连接固定,不会造成电瓶1受压损坏,而且使整体更加美观。通过蝶型螺母4锁紧使压板5压住电瓶1。在维修更换电瓶1时,只需要松开蝶型螺母4,即可取下压板5,进行电瓶1的维修和更换。

1.一种车辆电瓶固定装置,其特征在于电瓶本体上设有十字形压板,压板位于电瓶的两侧通过螺杆与放置电瓶的底板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆电瓶固定装置,其特征在于所述压板位于电瓶的两侧开设有螺杆孔,所述螺杆穿过压板螺杆孔与放置电瓶的底板连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种车辆电瓶固定装置,其特征在于所述的螺杆下端设有挂钩,底板两侧设有挂环;螺杆上端设有将压板与电瓶压紧固定在一起的锁紧螺母。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种车辆电瓶固定装置,其特征在于所述的锁紧螺母为蝶型螺母。
