本实用新型属于野外施工机械,特别涉及一种多功能工程车,包括驾驶室,动力装置,行走装置,车架,车厢,驾驶室与车厢设一定间距,折叠吊安装在驾驶室和车厢之间,固定在车架上,折叠吊配有液压动力装置和液压油箱,在车架尾部两侧下方设有两组柴油发电机,柴油发电机通过油管与主油箱和备用油箱相连,车架正后方两组柴油发电机之间空余位置安装有电路控制箱,车厢与车架设有自卸装置,车厢两侧挡板设可拆卸立柱,立柱之间栅栏单元可翻转折叠。本实用新型的多功能工程车,充分利用车身空间,加装多种工程设备,一车多用,减少工程队伍辅助车辆配备,节约资源,降低成本,适合野外远长途施工。

一、技术领域:
本实用新型属于野外施工机械,特别涉及一种多功能工程车。
二、背景技术:
在野外工程建设,公路施工,电线架设等工程施工中,经常会用到一些辅助设备,包括施工设备调试及焊接用的可移动式发电机,焊接机,起吊,安装部分工程设备用的随车吊,以及边远地区施工人员临时住所,饮食等都需要相应的人员和设备支持,特别是在边远地区施工,工程车种类更多,即使工程量不大,但由于所需技术设备种类多,使整个工程队伍人力物力浪费很大,多种车辆,人员搭配,后勤补给都是难题。
现有的工程车大都是一些单一功能的简易车辆,例如,带发电机的电车,带随车吊的吊车,可自卸装载的货车,等等,有时一项工程,单辅助车辆和操作人员就占整个施工队伍的一半,而且协调安排补给不方便,也造成人力物力浪费,因此提供一种多功能工程车,具备现有多种功能工程的特点,便于维护使用的工程车成为野外施工一个重要技术问题。
三、实用新型内容:
本实用新是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种高效,集整套多功能设备替代多种单一功能工程车,提高设备利用率的多功能工程车。
技术方案:
一种多功能工程车,包括驾驶室,动力装置,行走装置,车架,车厢,驾驶室与车厢设一定间距,折叠吊安装在驾驶室和车厢之间,固定在车架上,折叠吊配有液压动力装置和液压油箱,在车架尾部两侧下方设有两组柴油发电机,柴油发电机通过油管与主油箱和备用油箱相连,车架正后方两组柴油发电机之间空余位置安装有电路控制箱,车厢与车架设有自卸装置,车厢两侧挡板设可拆卸立柱,立柱之间栅栏单元可翻转折叠。
所述的电路控制箱为抽屉式结构,正面设有插座面板,背面设与发电机组插拔式连接头,电路控制箱设有手摇式螺杆和便携式摇把。
所述的车架自卸装置为侧翻式。
所述的车架一侧设有工具箱或灶具箱。
所述的栅栏单元设有翻转吊钩,车厢顶部可设支架,车厢外可覆盖帐篷。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、本实用新型的多功能工程车,充分利用车身空间,加装多种工程设备,一车多用,减少工程队伍辅助车辆配备,节约资源,降低成本。
2、本实用新型的多功能工程车,车厢为可拆卸结构,便于辅助装卸货物使用,自身带有随车吊,并配备侧翻式车架结构,适合应用于特殊要求工程。
3、本实用新型的多功能工程车,车厢栅栏单元向内翻转固定后为床铺结构,车厢外覆盖帐篷即可作为野外施工临时营地。
4、本实用新型的多功能工程车,车身配置有日用工具箱和灶具箱,适合野外远长途施工。
5、本实用新型的多功能工程车,配制抽屉式电路控制箱,方便易于,适合多数工程用电设备使用。

五、具体实施方式:
实施例一:参见图1、图2,图4,图5,一种多功能工程车,包括驾驶室,动力装置,行走装置,车架,车厢,其特征是:驾驶室与车厢设一定间距,折叠吊-14安装在驾驶室和车厢之间,固定在车架上,折叠吊配有液压动力装置3-8和液压油箱1-6,在车架尾部两侧下方设有两组柴油发电机2-1,柴油发电机通过油管与主油箱1-5和备用油箱1-6相连,车架正后方两组柴油发电机之间空余位置安装有电路控制箱2-10,车厢与车架设有自卸装置,车厢两侧挡板设可拆卸车厢立柱1-2,车厢立柱1-2之间栅栏单元1-3可翻转。
电路控制箱2-10为抽屉式结构,正面设有插座面板5-2,背面设与发电机组插拔式连接头5-4,电路控制箱设有手摇式螺杆和便携式摇把5-3。
栅栏单元4-3设有翻转吊钩4-11,车厢顶部可设支架,车厢外可覆盖帐篷。
实施例一:参见图3,实施方式与实施例一大体相同,相同之处不再赘述,不同的地方在于,车身左侧车架下方设有工具箱或灶具箱。
