冲剪机是一种冲剪钢板的设备，冲剪机包括底座，固定于底座上的支架和送料传动机构，支架中相应设有冲压传动机构和剪切头；剪切头包括冲剪座、定位框体、挡片、冲压滑块、压缩弹簧、柱销、带穿孔的活动刀片和固定刀片；冲剪座与定位框体相接，并可在支架内移动，冲压滑块嵌设有活动刀片，且设于冲剪座中可向下滑动，与活动刀片相剪切的固定刀片嵌设在冲剪座中，圆钢材料从冲剪座进料口插入活动刀片和固定刀片穿孔进行剪切。目前冲剪机的槽钢对接模剪的结构不合理，存在很多缺陷。
