本实用新型公开了一种辊杆导向装置，包括导向支架，在该导向支架上设置有两个平行的导向板，在两导向板之间为辊杆运行的空间；根据权利要求1所述的辊杆导向装置，其特征在于：所述的导向支架由固定支架、调节丝杠以及调节螺母组成，所述的固定支架与调节丝杠通过调节螺母固定，所述的导向板设置在调节丝杠上。与现有技术相比，本实用新型在辊杆摆动的两侧设置本实用新型的辊杆导向装置，通过辊杆导向装置的导向板导向，防止和抑制辊杆的摆动，从而阻止辊杆在剧烈抖动中甩出固定链销，保护压机辊杆及钢带不受损坏。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及纤维板生产线连续热压机技术领域，具体是应用到该热压机辊杆上的导向装置。 
背景技术
纤维板生产线连续热压机在生产过程中，在某些速度段运行时，压机辊杆传动会产生机械共振问题，一般情况下，轻微的震动可以通过改变压机运行速度避开共振点，严重时设备震动强烈，尤其是压机高速运行时，甚至运行过程中辊杆会在剧烈抖动中甩出固定链销，造成严重后果，导致压机辊杆及钢带损坏。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足，而提供一种避免辊杆共振的辊杆导向装置，在压机运行产生共振时保护辊杆，抑制链毯的振幅，起到保护设备的目的。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种辊杆导向装置，包括导向支架，在该导向支架上设置有两个的平行导向板，在两导向板之间为辊杆运行的空间。 
所述的导向支架由固定支架、调节丝杠以及调节螺母组成，所述的固定支架与调节丝杠通过调节螺母固定，所述的导向板设置在调节丝杠上。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型在辊杆摆动的两侧设置本实用新型的辊杆导向装置，通过辊杆导向装置的导向板导向，防止和抑制辊杆的摆动，从而阻止辊杆在剧烈抖动中甩出固定链销，保护压机辊杆及钢带不受损坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本实用新型作详细说明： 
如图1所示，一种辊杆导向装置，包括导向支架1和两个导向板2组成，导向板2平行布置，在导向板之间形成辊杆的运行空间。导向支架1可以采用一体的焊接式，也可以采用如图2所示的拆装式，即由固定支架12、调节丝杠11以及调节螺母13组成，固定支架12与调节丝杠11通过调节螺母13固定，导向板2固定在调节丝杠11上。 
一般连续热压机辊杆运行产生共振时，表现在压机入口处及出口处悬空段的辊杆产生振幅，上下摆动，辊杆摆动带动压机整体震荡。因震荡只产生在压机进出口的链条折返段，如何医治该段链条的跳动是解决共振问题的关键。 
在压机进口和出口的链条内外两面安装辊杆导向装置，如图3所示。导向装置通过支架固定在设备上，这样，链条3上的辊杆4在运行到压机入口和出口位置时，通过原本是呈现自由状态的辊杆，现在则变成有导向装置做接力，使出压机的辊杆继续由新安装的辊杆导向装置夹住继续运行。由于辊杆在导向装置内运行，在全运行段不再出现有自由状态，辊杆产生共振的情况也就消除了。通过运行，在整个速度段，不再有共振现象发生。 

Claims (2)

1.一种辊杆导向装置，其特征在于：包括导向支架(1)，在该导向支架(1)上设置有两个平行的导向板(2)，在两导向板(2)之间为辊杆运行的空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辊杆导向装置，其特征在于：所述的导向支架(1)由固定支架(12)、调节丝杠(11)以及调节螺母(13)组成，所述的固定支架(12)与调节丝杠(11)通过调节螺母(13)固定，所述的导向板(2)设置在调节丝杠(11)上。
