本实用新型公开了一种锂离子电池,包括由正极片、负极片和隔膜组成的锂离子电芯,所述锂离子电芯顶部设有正、负极耳,其特征在于:在所述锂离子电芯的顶部的正、负极耳之间贴有绝缘胶布,在所述锂离子电芯的底部贴有绝缘胶布,在所述绝缘胶布上设有多个通孔。本实用新型的锂离子电池提高了电解液渗透效率,也提高了电池的生产效率,同时由于电解液在电芯顶部和底部均可进行渗透,电芯中电解液分布均匀,提高了电池容量。

本实用新型涉及锂离子电池领域。
背景技术
目前,在锂离子电池的生产中,在锂离子电芯的顶部和底部均黏贴有绝缘胶布,顶部胶布的目的是为了使电芯紧密,底部胶布的目的是为了防止电芯与电池壳接触以发生短路,但由于在电芯上黏贴有绝缘胶布,导致电池注液时,电解液需要较长时间才能渗透到电芯内部,同时还会渗透不均匀。
发明内容
为克服上述技术缺陷,本实用新型公开了一种电解液渗透效率高、且可提高电池容量的锂离子电池。
本实用新型的技术方案如下所述:一种锂离子电池,包括由正极片、负极片和隔膜组成的锂离子电芯,所述锂离子电芯顶部设有正、负极耳,其特征在于:在所述锂离子电芯的顶部的正、负极耳之间贴有绝缘胶布,在所述锂离子电芯的底部贴有绝缘胶布,在所述绝缘胶布上设有多个通孔。
优选地,所述通孔面积相同。
本实用新型由于在锂离子电芯的顶部绝缘胶布和底部的绝缘胶布上均设有多个通孔,因此对电池注液时,电解液很容易通过电芯顶部绝缘胶布和底部绝缘胶布渗透到电芯中,提高了电解液渗透效率,也提高了电池的生产效率,同时由于电解液在电芯顶部和底部均可进行渗透,电芯中电解液分布均匀,提高了电池容量。

图1是本实用新型的锂离子电池内部结构示意图, 本实用新型的锂离子电池,包括由正极片、负极片和隔膜组成的锂离子电芯11,所述锂离子电芯11顶部设有正极耳12和负极耳13,在所述锂离子电芯11的顶部的正极耳12和负极耳13之间贴有绝缘胶布14,在所述锂离子电芯的底部贴有绝缘胶布15,在所述绝缘胶布14设有多个通孔16,同样在所述绝缘胶布15上也设有多个通孔(图中未画出)。
优选地,所述通孔面积相同。
本实用新型由于在锂离子电芯的顶部绝缘胶布和底部的绝缘胶布上均设有多个通孔,因此对电池注液时,电解液很容易通过电芯顶部绝缘胶布和底部绝缘胶布渗透到电芯中,提高了电解液渗透效率,也提高了电池的生产效率,同时由于电解液在电芯顶部和底部均可进行渗透,电芯中电解液分布均匀,提高了电池容量。

1.一种锂离子电池,包括由正极片、负极片和隔膜组成的锂离子电芯,所述锂离子电芯顶部设有正、负极耳,其特征在于:在所述锂离子电芯的顶部的正、负极耳之间贴有绝缘胶布,在所述锂离子电芯的底部贴有绝缘胶布,在所述绝缘胶布上设有多个通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述通孔面积相同。
