本实用新型涉及锂离子动力电池技术领域,尤其是一种防震电池盖。
背景技术
锂离子动力电池在使用中,常会遇到大的震动,特别是对电动汽车和电动自行车,必需通过严格的震动试验,有些电动工具和园林工具也要求大的抗震要求。目前市场上所用到的锂离子动力电池的防震性能不高,在使用过程中容易因震动而损坏,降低了电池的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种防震电池盖,以解决原有电池内部卷芯在使用过程中震动造成电池损坏的技术问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防震电池盖,包括电池顶盖、外接片、内接片和密封圈,外接片四周设置有凹槽,电池顶盖嵌入外接片的凹槽内,内接片与外接片之间设置有密封圈,所述的防震电池盖还具有绝缘垫圈,绝缘垫圈位于内接片和外接片之间,所述的绝缘垫圈上设置有防止内接片滑动的凸台。
进一步地:绝缘垫圈和密封圈可加工为一体结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型改进了电池震动的安全性,通过在内接片与外接片之间设置的绝缘垫圈避免了一些主要电池部件及其连接部位由于震动时的损坏,提高了电池的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种防震电池盖,包括电池顶盖2、外接片1、内接片5和密封圈3,外接片1四周设置有凹槽1-1,电池顶盖2嵌入外接片1的凹槽1-1内,内接片5与外接片1之间设置有密封圈3,所述的防震电池盖还具有绝缘垫圈4,绝缘垫圈4位于内接片5和外接片1之间,所述的绝缘垫圈4上设置有防止内接片5滑动的凸台4-1。
如图2所示的一种防震电池盖,其密封圈3和绝缘垫圈4加工成了一体结构。
绝缘垫圈4有常用的绝缘材料制造而成,形状为环形。在环上有一圈凸台,凸台4-1形状可以为环形,多边型或断续的环形或多边型等等。垫圈4的内外直径和凸台的尺寸,高度可以根据实际需要调整。
电池盖有顶盖2和一对圆行金属接片,金属接片有内向外分为内接片5和外接片1,内接片5上焊接电池负极极耳,外接片1与顶盖2接触,内接片5与外接片1接触,接触点可以用超声波和激光焊接,在接片之间有特殊形状的绝缘垫圈和密封圈,起到防震的作用。
普通的电池盖内接片受到密封圈的挤压和震动时,内部卷芯在震动时的相对电池壳的运动,一些主要电池部件或其连接部位由于震动造成损坏。使电池不能正常工作。本实用新型在内外接片之间增加特殊形状的绝缘垫圈能有效防止震动给电池带来的弊端。另外此绝缘垫圈在密封圈和焊接片之间形成缓冲,能减小外密封圈对焊接片的挤压力。垫圈也可以和外密封圈加工成一体的密封圈,起到防震的作用。

1.一种防震电池盖,包括电池顶盖、外接片、内接片和密封圈,其特征在于:外接片四周设置有凹槽,电池顶盖嵌入外接片的凹槽内,内接片与外接片之间设置有密封圈,所述的防震电池盖还具有绝缘垫圈,绝缘垫圈位于内接片和外接片之间,所述的绝缘垫圈上设置有防止内接片滑动的凸台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防震电池盖,其特征在于:所述的绝缘垫圈和密封圈为一体结构。
