背景技术:
蓄热式烧嘴是近代高温火焰炉先进节能的燃烧设备;旋流烧嘴有利于控制空燃气的不同混合程度、适合不同炉型和加热工艺要求,能形成各种形状的火焰:直焰、扩散焰、平焰,故扩大蓄热烧嘴的使用,特别是蓄热式平焰烧嘴,对均匀炉温提高加热炉效率和加热能力,尤其对众多的高温台车式加热炉减少垫铁高度,均匀炉温的效果更显著;但是它们单独使用都会存在一些不足之处,把它们的技术综合起来,结合为一体,集蓄热、双螺旋和平焰诸多优点成为一种多功能的新型烧嘴。
发明内容:
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种蓄热式双旋流平焰烧嘴,它把蓄热、双旋流、平焰三项技术合为一体,进一步提高工业炉加热质量,降低能耗,更有利环保。
技术方案:一种蓄热式双旋流平焰烧嘴,圆形保温蓄热箱体内设有蓄热体,圆形保温蓄热箱体的壁上设有装卸蓄热体盖、进冷空气管和排烟管,圆形保温蓄热箱体的顶端与喇叭型烧嘴砖连通,空气冷却、热风和燃气双旋流烧嘴设置在喇叭型烧嘴砖内,检测与点火烧嘴设在圆形保温蓄热箱体的侧壁上,且检测与点火烧嘴的点火口设在空气冷却、热风和燃气双旋流烧嘴的出气口处。
本实用新型的有益效果,一种蓄热式双旋流平焰烧嘴,它把蓄热、双旋流、平焰三项技术合为一体,进一步提高工业炉加热质量,降低能耗,更有利环保;它通过空、燃气的不同旋流角可形成不同形状火焰-直焰、扩张焰、平焰;它通过空、燃气不同旋流角可控制空燃气的混合,延迟其混合时间,解决一般蓄热式高温燃烧炉温不均,NOx过高的弊病。对蓄热式平焰烧嘴空燃气旋流角的范围分别为:α空=45°~60°;α燃=35°~50°;空燃气的旋流角关系,为燃气角比空气的旋流角始终少5°~10°,此旋流燃气烧嘴其管外为冷风管保护,冷风套管又用耐火保温材料保护,防止燃气管被高温烟气或预热空气烧坏。

具体实施方式:
如图1-3所示,一种蓄热式双旋流平焰烧嘴,圆形保温蓄热箱体1内设有刚玉质¢20mm蓄热体2,圆形保温蓄热箱体1的壁上设有装卸蓄热体盖8、进冷空气管9和排烟管7,圆形保温蓄热箱体1的顶端与喇叭型烧嘴砖6连通,双旋流烧嘴3设置在喇叭型烧嘴砖6内,双旋流烧嘴3的一端设有冷风管5和进冷空气口4;检测与点火烧嘴10设在圆形保温蓄热箱体1的侧壁上,且检测与点火烧嘴10的点火口设在双旋流烧嘴3的出气口处;本实用新型将蓄热式换热器与双旋流及平焰三项技术合为一体,形成蓄热式双旋流平焰烧嘴;对蓄热式平焰烧嘴空燃气旋流角的范围分别为:α空=45°~60°;α燃=35°~50°;空燃气的旋流角关系,为燃气角比空气的旋流角始终少5°~10°,此旋流燃气烧嘴其管外为冷风管保护,冷风套管又用耐火保温材料保护,防止燃气管被高温烟气或预热空气烧坏。
