Abstract

一种能够防止金属腐蚀的油管,它是利用电化学牺牲阳极保护阴极的原理,用锌、铅、镁等活泼金属作为牺牲阳极,设计成油管阳极。其制造方法是:先按油管技术规范加工好油管短节,短节长度在400-500mm,再将油管短节放入特制的棒材型腔内,将镁或铝或锌金属块通过加热溶融的办法化成液体,然后浇铸到油管短节型腔内,经成型、保温、缓冷后脱模,再进行机械加工,将粗糙的毛坯加工成光滑的回旋体,再将油管短节两端螺纹加工好,装上油管接箍和接头便成了油管阳极总成。按装下井时,按每60-80米的长度安装一组油管阳极,安装方法是在下油管的过程中,将油管阳极串联在油管柱上,拧紧上下接箍螺纹即可。

本实用新型涉及一种油田防腐技术,尤其能减缓油管的腐蚀技术。 
背景技术
目前公知的油田油管防腐技术主要是采用表面涂层保护的方法,例如:油管采用表面涂刷防锈漆,或覆盖环氧树脂涂料等方法,油管接箍采用表面发黑的方法,或对材料采用多元渗透的方法,这些方法无疑对油管的防腐起到了一定的保护作用,但是效果欠佳,保护期短,成本高。在工业企业特别是石油化工企业,腐蚀是影响企业正常生产的一个普遍问题,腐蚀是多数金属每时每刻都在发生的一种自发进行的无益消耗,这种消耗造成的损失和后果是非常严重的,不仅浪费大量金属原材料资源,还使生产停顿,物料流逝,设备成本增加,产品质量降低,使用寿命缩短,污染环境,甚至引发各种各样事故。 
发明内容
为了克服油田井下油管的腐蚀问题,本实用新型提供一种牺牲阳极保护阴极的防腐技术——一种防腐油管,可以有效减缓油田井下油管的腐蚀,而且制造简单,操作方便,使用寿命长。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:利用电化学牺牲阳极保护阴极原理,用锌、铝、镁等活泼元素的金属作为牺牲阳极,按油管技术规范制造油管短节,短节长度在400-500mm,将油管短节放入特制的棒材型腔内,将镁或铝或锌金属块熔化成液体,然后浇注到油管短节型腔内,经成型保温,冷却后脱模,进行机械加工,将粗糙的毛坯外圆加工成光滑的回旋 体,将油管短节两端螺纹加工好,然后与油管接箍和接头连接后便成为油管阳极。 
油管防腐装置它是由上下接箍、牺牲阳极、油管短节按序连接而成,在油管短节的外圆上浇铸镁或铝或锌金属阳极,并加工成光滑的旋转体,油管短节的上端与上部接箍螺纹连接,其下端与下部接箍电螺纹连接。 
牺牲阳极是串联在油井的油管管柱上的。安装时,油管阳极的下端下部油管螺纹连接,其上端与上部油管螺纹连接,将其螺纹扣拧紧,即可下入井中,每经过60-80米串联一组牺牲阳极。

两种规格的油管阳极,根据阳极消耗速度计算好阳极的体积大小,即确定阳极的长度,一般按阳极消耗寿命三年进行设计,根据理论计算和实践试验,每只油管阳极形成的自然电流可以保护50米长的油管,因此,在安装油管阳极时按每60-80米安装一只,在下油管的过程中,将加工好的油管阳极串联在油管管柱上,拧紧上下油管接箍即可完成油管阳极的安装。将该油管阳极与油管管柱同时下入油井内,随着电极电位的形成,电子电流便不断流动,阳极材料便缓慢消耗,从而达到牺牲阳极保护阴极——油管的目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:利用牺牲阳极保护阴极的原理制成油管阳极,不仅对油管、接箍有防腐效果,而且结构简单,防腐周期可达三年之久,大大节约金属材料的消耗,消除油管或接箍因腐蚀失效而形成的各类事故,有力压降设施的制造成本。同时,可以人为掌握更换周期,变被动应付为主动控制,有效地掌握油田生产的主动权。

具体实施方式
在图1中,油管接箍1与油管短节2依靠螺纹联接,阳极3是浇铸在油管短节2上的,油管短节的下端,与油管接箍1螺纹联接。 
在图2所示实施例中,油管4与接箍1螺纹连接,阳极3与抽油杆短节2浇铸在一起,油管短节上端与上面接箍螺纹连接,其下端与下面接箍螺纹联接,接箍的下端与下部油管螺纹连接。根据计算和经验,油管阳极形成的自然电位可以保护上下50米的油管管柱,因此,在安装油管阳极时按每60-80米安装一组,根据井深测算出需要安装几组,然后在下油管过程中将加工好的油管阳极串联在油管管柱上,上紧与接箍的丝扣即可完成油管阳极的安装。油管阳极下井后无需维护,由于阳极中有大量自由电子存在,当金属中存在电势差时,电子可以定向地流动,阳极通过井液电解质向被保护体——油管提供一个阴极电流,使被保护体进行阴极极化,随着电流的不断流动,阳极材料的自由电子不断溢出,这些镁或铝或锌金属的电子转移到被保护的油管上,从而实现阴极保护,而阳极则逐渐被消耗掉。通过上述电子的微观运动,从而对油管的阴极实施了保护,达到了减缓油管的腐蚀,延长了油管的使用寿命。

1.一种牺牲阳极保护阴极——油管防腐装置,它是由上下接箍、牺牲阳极、油管短节按序连接而成,其特征是:在油管短节的外圆上浇铸镁或铝或锌金属阳极,并将其加工成光滑的旋转体,油管短节的上端与上部接箍螺纹连接,其下端与下部接箍螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述牺牲阳极保护阴极——油管防腐装置,其特征是:牺牲阳极是串联在油井的油管管柱上的,安装时,油管阳极的下端与下部油管螺纹连接,其上端与上部油管螺纹连接,将其螺纹扣拧紧即可下入井中,每经过60-80米串联一级牺牲阳极。
