Abstract

一种能够防止金属腐蚀的抽油杆,它是利用电化学牺牲阳极保护阴极的原理,用锌、铅、镁等活泼金属作为牺牲阳极,设计成抽油杆阳极。制造时先按抽油杆技术规范加工好抽油杆短节,短节长度在400-500mm,再将抽油杆短节放入特制的棒材型腔内,将镁或铝或锌金属块通过加热溶融的办法化成液体,然后浇铸到抽油杆短节型腔内,经成型、保温、缓冷后脱模,再进行机械加工,将粗糙的毛坯加工成光滑的回旋体,再将抽油杆短节两端螺纹加工好拧上接箍后便成了抽油杆阳极总成。按装下井时,按每60-80米的长度安装一组抽油杆阳极,安装方法是在下抽油杆的过程中,将抽油杆阳极串联在抽油杆柱上,拧紧上下接箍螺纹即可。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种油田防腐技术,尤其能减缓抽油杆的腐蚀技术。
背景技术
目前公知的油田抽油杆防腐技术主要是采用表面涂层保护的方法,例如:抽油杆采用表面涂刷防锈漆,或覆盖环氧树脂涂料等方法,抽油杆接箍采用表面喷涂,或采取表面发黑的方法,或对材料采用多元渗透的方法,这些方法无疑对抽油杆的防腐起到了一定的保护作用,但是效果欠佳,保护期短,成本高。在工业企业特别是石油化工企业,腐蚀是影响企业正常生产的一个普遍问题,腐蚀是多数金属每时每刻都在发生的一种自发进行的无益消耗,这种消耗造成的损失和后果是非常严重的,不仅浪费大量金属原材料资源,还使生产停顿,物料流逝,设备成本增加,产品质量降低,使用寿命缩短,污染环境,甚至引发各种各样事故。
发明内容
为了克服油田井下抽油杆的腐蚀问题,本实用新型提供一种牺牲阳极保护阴极的防腐技术——一种防腐抽油杆,可以有效减缓油田井下抽油杆的腐蚀,而且制造简单,操作方便,使用寿命长。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:利用电化学牺牲阳极保护阴极原理,用锌、铝、镁等活泼元素的金属作为牺牲阳极,设计成抽油杆阳极,按抽油杆技术规范加工好抽油杆短节,短节长度在400-500mm,再将抽油杆短节放入特制的棒材型腔内,将镁或铝或锌金属块加热熔化成液体,然后浇到抽油杆短节型腔内,经成型保温,冷却后脱模,再进行机械加工,将粗糙的毛坯外圆加工成光滑的回旋体。将抽油杆短节两端螺纹加工好,然后与抽油杆接箍连接后便成为抽油杆阳极。根据油井抽油杆柱的不同配置,可设计直径为

多种规格的抽油杆阳极,根据阳极消耗速度计算好阳极的体积大小,即确定回旋体的长度,一般按阳极消耗寿命三年进行设计,根据理论计算和实践试验,每只抽油杆阳极形成的自然电流可以保护50米长的抽油杆柱,因此,在安装抽油杆阳极时按每60-80米安装一只,在下抽油杆的过程中,将加工好的抽油杆阳极串联在抽油杆杆柱上,拧紧上下接箍即可完成抽油杆阳极的安装。将该抽油杆阳极与抽油杆柱同时下入井内,随着电极电位的形成,电子电流便不断流动,阳极材料便缓慢消耗,从而达到牺牲阳极保护阴极——抽油杆防腐的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:利用牺牲阳极保护阴极的原理制成抽油杆阳极,不仅对抽油杆、接箍有防腐效果,而且结构简单,防腐周期可达三年之久,大大节约金属材料的消耗,消除抽油杆或接箍因腐蚀失效而形成的各类事故,有力压降设施的制造成本。同时,可以人为掌握更换周期,变被动应付为主动控制,有效地掌握油田生产的主动权。

具体实施方式
在图1中,抽油杆短节3与上部接箍1依靠螺纹连接,阳极2是浇铸在抽油杆短节3上的,抽油杆短节下端与下部接箍1螺纹联接。
在图2所示实施例中,抽油杆4与接箍1螺纹连接,阳极2与抽油杆短节3浇铸在一起,抽油杆短节下端与下部接箍1螺纹连接,下部接箍下端与抽油杆螺纹连接。根据计算和经验,抽油杆阳极形成的自然电位可以保护上下50米的抽油杆杆柱,因此,在安装抽油杆阳极时按每60-80米安装一组,根据井深测算出需要安装几组,然后在下抽油杆过程中将抽油杆阳极串联在抽油杆杆柱上,上紧与接箍的丝扣即可完成抽油杆阳极的安装。抽油杆阳极下井后无需维护,由于阳极中有大量自由电子存在,当金属中存在电势差时,电子可以定向地流动,阳极通过井液电解质向被保护体——抽油杆提供一个阴极电流,使被保护体进行阴极极化,随着电流的不断流动,阳极材料的自由电子不断溢出,这些镁或铝或锌金属的电子转移到被保护的抽油杆上,从而实现阴极保护,而阳极则逐渐被消耗掉。通过上述电子的微观运动,从而对抽油杆的阴极实施了保护,达到了减缓抽油杆的腐蚀,延长了抽油杆的使用寿命。

1.一种牺牲阳极保护阴极——抽油杆防腐装置,它是由上下接箍、牺牲阳极、抽油杆短节按序连接而成,其特征是:在抽油杆短节的外圆浇铸镁或铝或锌金属阳极,并将其加工成光滑的旋转体,抽油杆短节的上端与上部接箍螺纹连接,其下端与下部接箍螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种牺牲阳极保护阴极——抽油杆防腐装置,其特征是:牺牲阳极是串联在油井的抽油杆柱上的,安装时,抽油杆阳极的下端与下部抽油杆螺纹连接,其上端与上部抽油杆螺纹连接,将其螺纹拧紧即可下入井中,每经过60-80米串联一组牺牲阳极。
