Abstract

一种牺牲阳极保护阴极——抽油泵防腐装置,它是利用电化学牺牲阳极保护阴极的原理,用锌、铅、镁等活泼金属,设计成抽油泵阳极。其制造方法是:先按抽油泵技术规范加工好抽油泵短节,短节长度在400-500mm,再将抽油泵短节放入特制的棒材型腔内,将镁或铝或锌金属块通过加热溶融的办法化成液体,然后浇铸到特制的抽油泵短节型腔内,经成型、保温、缓冷后脱模,再进行机械加工,将粗糙的毛坯加工成光滑的回旋体,再将抽油泵短节两端螺纹加工好,装上接箍便成了抽油泵阳极总成。安装方法是在下抽油泵的过程中,将抽油泵阳极串联在抽油泵下端接箍,拧紧接箍扣即可。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种油田防腐技术,尤其能减缓抽油泵的腐蚀技术。
背景技术
目前公知的油田抽油泵防腐技术主要是采用表面涂层保护的方法,例如:抽油泵泵筒采用表面涂刷防锈漆,抽油泵接箍采用表面发黑的方法,或对泵筒采用多元渗透的方法,对柱塞进行表面喷涂的方法,对柱塞上下接头、凡尔球座、采用不锈钢代替普通钢材的方法,这些方法无疑对抽油泵的防腐起到了一定的保护作用,但是效果欠佳,保护期短,成本高。在工业企业特别是石油化工企业,腐蚀是影响企业正常生产的一个普遍问题,腐蚀是多数金属每时每刻都在发生的一种自发进行的无益消耗,这种消耗造成的损失和后果是非常严重的,不仅浪费大量金属原材料资源,还使生产停顿,物料流逝,设备成本增加,产品质量降低,使用寿命缩短,污染环境,甚至引发各种各样事故。
发明内容
为了克服油田井下抽油泵的腐蚀问题,本实用新型提供一种牺牲阳极保护阴极——抽油泵防腐装置,可以有效减缓油田井下抽油泵的腐蚀,而且制造简单,操作方便,使用寿命长。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:利用电化学牺牲阳极保护阴极原理,用锌、铝、镁等活泼元素的金属,设计成抽油泵阳极,按抽油泵泵筒相同直径制作泵筒短节,短节长度在400-500mm,再将抽油泵泵筒短节放入特制的棒材型腔内,将镁或铝或锌金属加热熔化成液体,然后浇注到抽油泵短节型腔内,经成型保温,冷却后脱模,再进行机械加工,将粗糙的毛坯外圆加工成光滑的回旋体,制成抽油泵阳极。根据油井抽油泵泵筒短节的不同配置,可设计直径为2″, 多种规格的抽油泵阳极,根据阳极消耗速度计算好阳极的体积大小,即确定回旋体的直径和长度,一般按阳极消耗寿命3年进行设计,根据理论计算和实践试验,每只抽油泵阳极形成的自然电流可以保护整根抽油泵和40米长的套管,因此,在安装抽油泵阳极时是在下抽油泵的过程中,将加工好的抽油泵阳极安装在抽油泵入口端上,拧紧上下接箍扣即可完成抽油泵阳极的安装。将该抽油泵阳极与抽油泵泵筒同时下入井内,随着电极电位的形成,电子电流便不断流动,阳极材料便缓慢消耗,从而达到牺牲阳极保护阴极——抽油泵防腐蚀的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:利用牺牲阳极保护阴极的原理制成抽油泵阳极,不仅对抽油泵、接箍乃至油管都有防腐效果,而且结构简单,防腐周期可达三年之久,大大节约金属材料的消耗,消除抽油泵或接箍因腐蚀失效而形成的各类事故,有力压降设施的制造成本。同时,可以人为掌握更换周期,变被动应付为主动控制,有效地掌握油田生产的主动权。

具体实施方式
在图1中,上部接箍1与泵筒短节3依靠螺纹联接,阳极2是浇铸在抽油泵泵筒短节3上的,两端加工有螺纹,分别于上下接箍1螺纹联接。
在图2所示实施例中,上部接箍1与抽油泵泵筒短节3螺纹连接,阳极2与抽油泵泵筒短节3浇铸在一起,抽油泵泵筒短节上端与上面接箍1螺纹连接,其下端与下面接箍螺纹连接,下面接箍的下端与进油筛管8螺纹联接。根据计算和经验,抽油泵阳极形成的自然电位可以保护上下50米的抽油泵泵筒及油管,因此,安装抽油泵阳极时是在下抽油泵过程中将加工好的抽油泵阳极串联在抽油泵泵筒上,上紧与接箍的丝扣即可完成抽油泵阳极的安装。抽油泵阳极下井后无需维护,由于阳极中有大量自由电子存在,当金属中存在电势差时,电子可以定向地流动,阳极通过井液电解质向被保护体——抽油泵提供一个阴极电流,使被保护体进行阴极极化,随着电流的不断流动,阳极材料的自由电子不断逸出,这些镁或铝或锌金属的电子转移到被保护的抽油泵上,从而实现阴极保护,而阳极则逐渐被消耗掉。通过上述电子的微观运动,从而对抽油泵的阴极实施了保护,达到了减缓抽油泵的腐蚀,延长了抽油泵的使用寿命。

1.一种牺牲阳极保护阴极——抽油泵防腐装置,它是由接箍、牺牲阳极、抽油泵短节按序连接而成,其特征是:在抽油泵短节的外圆上浇铸镁或铝或锌金属阳极,并将其加工成光滑的旋转体,抽油泵短节的上端与上部接箍螺纹连接,下端与下部接箍螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种牺牲阳极保护阴极——抽油泵防腐装置,其特征是:牺牲阳极是串联在抽油泵进口下端上。安装时,抽油泵阳极的上端与抽油泵下端接箍螺纹连接,其下端与进油筛管螺纹连接,将其螺纹扣拧紧即可下入井中。
