已有的汽车后桥为铸铝结构，除了四个支架是通过螺栓与后桥体连接在一起，后桥体包括加强筋、衬套管都是一体的，通过铸造成型由于批量生产大型铸铝件，并保证道序工艺质量稳定，存在着巨大的困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车后桥，其能降低成本。
本实用新型的汽车后桥，其特点是，其本体由上、下片冲压焊接件构成，衬套管和支架均通过焊接与该上、下片冲压焊接件连接在一起。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本体为冲压件焊接，其结构简单，易于冲压、焊接、成本低、适合批量生产且开发周期短。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，以现有的铝合金后桥本体为设计原型，汽车后桥本体由上片冲压焊接件10和下片冲压焊接件11焊接而成，并且上控制臂支架22、衬套管20、套筒21、下控制臂支架23等都是通过焊接与上、下片冲压焊接件10、11连接在一起，由于将后桥设计为上、下片体，其制造工艺发生根本性的变化，且具有结构简单，易于冲压、焊接、成本低、适合批量生产且开发周期短等优点。

1.一种汽车后桥，其特征在于，其本体由上、下片冲压焊接件构成，衬套管和支架均通过焊接与该上、下片冲压焊接件连接在一起。
