Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种医用钳,包括作为钳头的基体,在基体上凹设有一凹槽,在凹槽内激光熔覆有合金粉末形成的刀口。本实用新型是在基体上加工出一凹槽,再用激光将合金粉末熔覆在此凹槽中形成熔覆层,熔覆层底部与基体相结合处为基体与合金粉末的熔合层,因为此熔合层是液体熔合后凝固而成,所以其结合非常牢固,不易脱落,选用合适的材料可进一步提高其硬度及防锈性能。

本实用新型涉及医疗用钳、剪类产品,特别涉及一种医用钳。
背景技术
现有医疗器械钳类、剪类刀口的结构基本上有如下几类:
1.如图1、2所示,整体中碳不锈钢材料经淬火后直接加工成刀口3。此类刀口,由于不锈钢自身的材料淬火后硬度不高,不能满足切断钢丝的要求。
2.如图1、2所示,整体高碳不锈钢材料经淬火后直接加工成刀口3。此类刀口,由于不锈钢自身的材料淬火后整体硬度太高,钳体就较脆,且难加工。由于此类材料一般含碳量较高,防锈性能较差。尽管此类刀口硬度已有较大提高,但对于医疗行业切断钢丝的硬度还有一定差距。
3.用低或中碳不锈钢作钳体,刀口部焊接高硬度材料制成的刀口。采用此方法加工出的刀口硬度的问题虽已解决,但由于低或中碳不锈钢与钳口高硬度材料焊接性能很差,即很难焊接在一起,所以一般均采用粘接方法,但此二种材料粘接后,粘接处易锈,且由于粘接质量问题,刀头容易脱落。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术中存在的医用钳、剪存在的刀口不硬,易生锈掉头的技术问题,提供了一种刀口硬度高,不会脱落,防锈性能佳的医用钳。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种医用钳,包括作为钳头的基体,在基体上凹设有一凹槽,在凹槽内激光熔覆有合金粉末形成的刀口。
采用了上述技术方案的本实用新型的原理及有益效果是:
本实用新型是在基体上加工出一凹槽,在凹槽内填充合金粉末,再用激光将合金粉末熔覆在此凹槽中形成熔覆层,熔覆层底部与基体相结合处为基体与合金粉末的熔合层,因为此熔合层是液体熔合后凝固而成,所以其结合非常牢固,不易脱落,然后再将熔覆层用线切割或磨加工的方法将多余的材料去除掉,形成刀口,十分坚固,不易脱落,并且选用合适的材料可进一步提高其硬度及防锈性能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:一种医用钳,如图7、图8所示,包括作为钳头的基体1,在基体1上凹设有一凹槽2,凹槽2的纵截面为半圆形,在凹槽2内激光熔覆合金粉末形成刀口3。所述的基体1采用通过淬火能获得HRC30以上的低碳不锈钢材料制成,所述的刀口3采用镍基合金粉末制成,所述的镍基合金粉末是由C、Cr、Si、B、Fe和Ni混合而成,其中,C的重量百分比为0.7,Cr的重量百分比为15,Si的重量百分比为4.3,B的重量百分比为4.0,Fe的重量百分比为10,余量为Ni。本实用新型选用牌号为FD.F102Fe的镍基合金粉末,其熔化凝固后有较高硬度(大于HRC60),并且耐金属间磨损性能优良,非常适合制作刀口。
本实用新型的医用钳刀口的加工方法如下,如图3、4所示,先在基体1加工出一个凹槽2,如图5、6所示,在凹槽2内填充镍基合金粉末,同样,所述的镍基合金粉末是由C、Cr、Si、B、Fe和Ni混合而成,其中,C的重量百分比为0.7,Cr的重量百分比为15,Si的重量百分比为4.3,B的重量百分比为4.0,Fe的重量百分比为10,余量为Ni;用激光溶覆机将上述镍基合金粉末熔覆在凹槽2中形成熔覆层4,如图7、8所示,围绕熔覆层4用电火花线切割或磨加工将多余材料切除后,形成刀口3。
如图5、图7所示,熔覆层4底部与基体1相结合处为基体与镍基合金粉末的熔合层5,因为此熔合层5是液体熔合后凝固而成,所以其结合非常牢固,不易脱落。
