本实用新型涉及一种带防爆装置的充电扣式电池。它由电池体和盖帽组成,盖帽由盖帽底盘、防爆球和镀镍钢帽组成,其中,盖帽底盘上开有一防爆安全阀出气孔,防爆安全阀出气孔上设有防爆球和镀镍钢帽,防爆球设在镀镍钢帽的内部。由于采用镀镍钢帽将防爆球压向防爆安全阀出气孔,当压力大于电池防爆阀的防爆开启压力时,压力将盖帽中的防爆球顶起,开启放气,当压力降到低于临界值时,借助防爆球的弹性重新回闭密封,从而不会使电池由于压力过大而爆炸。这样就防止了电池在生产制造及使用过程中发生爆炸对充电设备及人员造成伤害,增加了充电扣式电池的安全性。

本实用新型涉及一种充电扣式电池,尤其是一种带防爆装置的充电扣式电池。
背景技术
扣式电池,也叫纽扣电池,是指外形尺寸象一颗小纽扣的电池,一般来说直径较大,厚度较薄(相对于柱状电池如市场上的5号AA等电池),纽扣电池是从外形上来对电池来分,同等对应的电池分类有柱状电池,方形电池,异形电池。纽扣电池因体形较小,直径从4.8mm至30mm,厚度从1.0mm至7.7mm不等;一般用于各类电子产品的后备电源,如电脑主板,电子表,电子词典,电子秤,记忆卡,遥控器,电动玩具等。
纽扣电池一般来说常见的有充电的和不充电的两种,充电的包括3.6V可充锂离子扣式电池(LIR系列),3V可充锂离子扣式电池(ML或VL系列);不充电的包括3V锂锰扣式电池(CR系列)及1.5V碱性锌锰扣式电池(LR及SR系列)。
因为充电扣式电池在充放电过程中或使用不当时会产生内压。目前,国内外充电扣式电池是没有带防爆安全阀的,当内压大于扣式电池的封口压力时,通常为40公斤,会产生爆炸。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种带防爆装置的充电扣式电池。
本实用新型的技术方案是通过以下途径实现的,它是由电池体和盖帽组成,其中盖帽由盖帽底盘、防爆球和镀镍钢帽组成,其中,盖帽底盘上开有一防爆安全阀出气孔,防爆安全阀出气孔上压有防爆球和镀镍钢帽,防爆球设在镀镍钢帽的内部。

本实用新型由电池体5和盖帽组成,其中盖帽由盖帽底盘1、防爆球3和镀镍钢帽4组成,其中,盖帽底盘1上开有一防爆安全阀出气孔2,防爆安全阀出气孔2上压有防爆球3和镀镍钢帽4,防爆球3设在镀镍钢帽4的内部。
本实用新型中防爆球3采用橡胶体或弹簧片,以及其它弹性材料。电池体包括电池壳,密封圈,弹簧弓片,正负极片,电解液及隔膜组成。
当压力大于电池防爆阀的防爆开启压力时,压力将盖帽中的防爆球顶起,开启放气,当压力降到低于临界值时,借助防爆球的弹性重新回闭密封,从而不会使电池由于压力过大而爆炸。

1.一种充电扣式电池,由电池体(5)和盖帽组成,其特征在于,所述的盖帽由盖帽底盘(1)、防爆球(3)和镀镍钢帽(4)组成,其中,盖帽底盘(1)上开有一防爆安全阀出气孔(2),防爆安全阀出气孔(2)上压有防爆球(3)和镀镍钢帽(4),防爆球(3)设在镀镍钢帽(4)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电扣式电池,其特征在于所述的防爆球(3)为橡胶体。
