Description

大板阳极板薄型耳部模具
(一)技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种模具,具体是一种铜电解精炼中使用的大板阳极板薄型耳部模具。
(二)现有技术:阳极一般可分为大耳型阳极和小耳型阳极,小耳型阳极虽浇铸方便,残极率相对较低,但需逐块钻孔,用铜丝悬挂于导电棒上方能装槽,因此只有小型工厂多采用小耳阳极;随着近年来我国铜电解生产规模的不断扩大,小耳阳极逐步被淘汰。国内外一些年产100Kt以上的铜电解厂,大都采用长宽尺寸为950~1000mm的大耳型大阳极板,重量多在300kg以上,阳极耳部厚度大多在45mm左右,阳极耳部在电解过程中主要起支撑悬挂阳极及导电的作用,在电解过程中处于电解液液位之上不被电解而直接进入残极进行返炉,重新浇铸成阳极板,阳极耳部重量一般占残极重量的40-50%。如能将阳极板耳部减薄,则残极量将会减少,从而返炉残极能耗将随之降低,可以减少返炉生产成本,节约能耗,减少金属损失,在倡导低碳循环经济的今天具有重要意义。
(三)发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是对现有大板阳极板模具进行改进,提供一种大板阳极板薄型耳部模具;该模具生产出的大板阳极板耳部较薄,既能满足电解工艺要求,又能达到降低生产成本,节能降耗之目的。
本实用新型的具体方案包括模板,模板底部设有顶针孔,其改进之处是将所述模板耳部上沿的坡度S由原来的20∶5改为30∶15,模板耳部厚度L由原来的5mm改为15mm,这样阳极板耳部的厚度就由原来的45mm改为35mm。
将阳极耳部厚度减薄至35mm后,经过理论计算:耳部厚度35mm时,每块阳极板耳部重量减轻约4.8Kg,残极率减少约1.29%。
大板阳极板耳部减薄电解生产工艺在铜精炼中,还可根据电解残极率工艺控制指标要求以及满足现有生产条件进行选择适当耳部厚度组织生产。
大板阳极板耳部减薄后其电解生产工艺控制条件如下:
阳极板单重373±5kg,电流密度272A/m2,同极距105mm,阳极板尺寸950/964mm×976.5/1021mm×45mm,阳极周期24天,阴极周期8天。
阳极板耳部减薄至35mm,残极率实际下降2.1%,效果显著。阳极板耳部减薄至35mm耳部单重理论减少4.8kg,以我厂每月平均消耗40000块阳极板来计算,每年共可节约周转阳极铜2304t,暨减少返炉残极2304t,按返炉吨铜残极能耗约为102千克标煤计算,全年可减少能耗235吨标煤。
由于减少返炉残极量,减少了该部分残极约2304t,在转炉、阳极炉及电解工序的金属损失,按转炉及阳极炉工序金属回收率99.5%,电解工序金属回收率99.5%计算,年减少金属损失铜量约为23.04t。

参见图1、图2,本实用新型大板阳极板薄型耳部模具,包括模板1,模板底部设有顶针孔2,所述模板耳部上沿的坡度S为30∶15,模板耳部厚度L为15mm。脱模后的模板边缘光滑,耳部较薄,按常规电解工艺进行电解,即可达到本实用新型之目的。
