本实用新型公开了一种塑料滑动膜轴承。它包括有圆管状的保持架，在保持架的内壁覆贴有塑料滑动膜，在保持架的中段内壁圆周上制有限位槽，在滑动膜的外圆周面上制有凸出外圆周表面并与限位槽相配的定位筋，在滑动膜的内壁圆周上制有沟槽，其特征是沟槽的切线与保持架中心轴线的夹角为3°～30°。当该直线轴承在往复直线运动时，能做到与轴的良好配合，使得在使用过程中更加平稳，配合精度更高、使用寿命更长。通过这种带螺旋形沟槽及转动滑动膜的结构设计，可使自润滑直线轴承整体综合使用成本相对原先国内外同类产品大大下降。该产品可广泛用于化工、医药、仪器、仪表、航空、航天、食品加工等机械装置中。

本实用新型涉及直线轴承，尤其涉及一种塑料滑动膜轴承。
背景技术
直线轴承用于无限行程与圆柱轴配合使用。现有的塑料直线轴承它包括有圆管状的保持架，在保持架的内壁覆贴有塑料滑动膜，滑动膜的内壁圆周面上制与保持架轴线平行的沟槽，该沟槽可以容纳在使用中进入滑动副的尘土。这样的结构在实际使用中往往直线轴承中的塑料滑动膜与轴长期在同一位置摩擦，并且接触面积小，造成对磨轴单区域磨损，且滑动膜仅在某一区域与轴的接触位置过度磨损而报废，降低了轴及直线轴承的使用寿命，而显得不经济。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种制造工艺简单、成本低，重量轻，使用寿命长，安装和使用方便的塑料滑动膜轴承。
为了达到上述目的，塑料滑动膜轴承的技术方案是：它包括有圆管状的保持架，在保持架的内壁覆贴有塑料滑动膜，在保持架的中段内壁圆周上制有限位槽，在滑动膜的外圆周面上制有凸出外圆周表面并与限位槽相配的定位筋，在滑动膜的内壁圆周上制有沟槽，其特征是沟槽的切线与保持架中心轴线的夹角为3°～30°。
还可以在所述保持架的限位槽底制有定位孔，在滑动膜的定位筋上制有与定位孔对应的沉坑，在定位孔中安装有插入沉坑的定位销。
按照上述结构制造的塑料滑动膜轴承，由于沟槽的切线与保持架中心轴线夹角的存在，沟槽成内螺旋型的支撑面，当该直线轴承在往复直线运动时，能做到与轴的良好配合，使得在使用过程中更加平稳，配合精度更高、使用寿命更长。通过这种带螺旋形沟槽及转动滑动膜的结构设计，可使自润滑直线轴承整体综合使用成本相对原先国内外同类产品大大下降。该产品可广泛用于化工、医药、仪器、仪表、航空、航天、食品加工等机械装置中。

图1、图2、图3是塑料滑动膜轴承结构图。从图中看出它包括有圆管状的保持架1，在保持架1的内壁覆贴有塑料滑动膜2如图4、图5、图6所示，滑动膜2通过卷起覆贴到保持架1孔中的内壁，在保持架1的中段内壁圆周上制有限位槽3，在滑动膜2的外圆周面上制有凸出外圆周表面并与限位槽3相配的定位筋4，使保持架1与滑动膜2在轴向定位。在滑动膜2的内壁圆周上制有沟槽5，沟槽5的切线与保持架1中心轴线的夹角A为3°～30°。还可以在保持架1的限位槽3底制有定位孔6，在滑动膜2的定位筋4上制有与定位孔6对应的沉坑7，在定位孔6中安装有插入沉坑7的定位销8，使保持架1与滑动膜2在周向定位。

1.塑料滑动膜轴承，它包括有圆管状的保持架，在保持架的内壁覆贴有塑料滑动膜，在保持架的中段内壁圆周上制有限位槽，在滑动膜的外圆周面上制有凸出外圆周表面并与限位槽相配的定位筋，在滑动膜的内壁圆周上制有沟槽，其特征是沟槽的切线与保持架中心轴线的夹角为3°～30°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料滑动膜轴承，其特征在于所述保持架的限位槽底制有定位孔，在滑动膜的定位筋上制有与定位孔对应的沉坑，在定位孔中安装有插入沉坑的定位销。
