本实用新型涉及机械技术领域，更具体地说是一种人造石生产过程中的搅拌装置。
背景技术：
现有技术还没有专业的人造石搅拌装置，在人造石生产过程中多借用其他搅拌装置代替，这种搅拌装置的搅拌齿相对搅拌池是固定的，搅拌齿不能上下移动，因而，在搅拌人造石胶状体时，胶状体上下不均匀，给后续生产工艺带来了困难，严重影响了人造石的产品质量。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型设计了一种搅拌齿可上下移动的搅拌装置，其技术方案为：所述的搅拌装置由球阀、搅拌齿、搅拌池、搅拌轴、从动轮、轮带、电机轮、电机架、搅拌电机、升降杆、升降电机组成，其特征是升降杆的中下部设置升降电机，升降杆的上端设置水平的电机架，电机架上靠近升降杆一端的内侧设置搅拌电机，搅拌电机的转轴上端设置电机轮，电机架的另一端设置搅拌轴，搅拌轴的上端设置从动轮、搅拌轴的下端设置搅拌齿，从动轮和电机轮上设置轮带，搅拌齿设置在搅拌池内，搅拌池的下部设置球阀。
使用时，将人造石原料放置于搅拌池内，开启搅拌电机，在电机轮的转动下从动轮开始转动，然后，从动轮带着搅拌轴和搅拌齿一起转动，开始搅拌，搅拌到一定程度后，开动升降电机，使升降杆上下运动，搅拌齿在升降杆的作用下上下搅拌，从而使人造石胶状体上下均匀。
