Abstract

本实用新型提供一种用于路面加速加载实验的双轴八轮浮动机构加载车,属于实验设备领域,其特征在于,加载车上设有前后两根转轴,每一根转轴上均组装有两个加载钢轮和两个回程钢轮,回程钢轮可绕转轴自由转动。路面加速加载实验装置的加载车对路面的反复碾压实验过程中,加载车可靠地实现加载碾压和卸载回程过程,从而较好地解决了四轴八轮浮动机构加载车运行中加载轨道曲线特殊且与回程轨道不等距的问题,简化了加载车的结构和制造工艺,提高了整个路面加速加载实验装置的安全性和可靠性。

一种用于路面加速加载实验的双轴八轮浮动机构加载车 
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于路面加速加载实验的双轴八轮浮动机构加载车,属于实验设备领域。 
(二)背景技术
路面加速加载实验装置是测试路面材料与结构的专用设备。现有的路面加速加载实验设备加载车的加载钢轮和回程钢轮固定在不同的转轴上,结构复杂,带来的问题是加载轨道曲线形式特殊且与回程轨道不等距,装置的安全稳定性不高,且加工装配工艺复杂,不便于维修,难以达到技术要求。 
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对现有路面加速加载实验设备的不足,提供一种能提高系统安全、可靠的加载车结构,提高系统的安全稳定性,简化加工组装工艺,降低成本,提高了路面加速加载实验装置的安全性和可靠性。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:加载车上设有前后两根转轴,每一根转轴上均装有两个加载钢轮和两个回程钢轮,回程钢轮可绕转轴自由转动。 
本实用新型的一种用于路面加速加载实验的双轴八轮浮动机构加载车与现有技术相比,所产生的有益效果是:采用该结构加载车,能够有效地解决了原四轴八轮浮动机构加载车运行中加载轨道曲线特殊且与回程轨道不等距的问题,简化了加载车的结构、加工装配工艺,提高了整个路面加速加载实验装置 的安全性和可靠性。

结合图1、图2对本实用新型的一种用于路面加速加载实验的双轴八轮浮动机构加载车作以下详细地说明。 
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的一种用于路面加速加载实验的双轴八轮浮动机构加载车其结构包括——1、回程轨道,2、回程钢轮,3、加载钢轮,4、加载轨道,5、转轴。 
上述路面加速加载实验的双轴八轮浮动机构加载车,加载车上设有前后两根转轴,在每一根转轴5上组装两个回程钢轮2和两个加载钢轮3,回程钢轮2可绕转轴5自由转动。加载车加载碾压时,前后两根轴上的四个加载钢轮3沿加载轨道4运行,回程卸载时,前后两根轴上的四个回程钢轮2沿回程轨道1运行。 
除说明书所述的技术特征外,均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。

1.一种用于路面加速加载实验的双轴八轮浮动机构加载车,其特征在于,加载车上设有前后两根转轴(5),在每一根转轴(5)上组装有两个加载钢轮(3)和两个回程钢轮(2),回程钢轮(2)可绕转轴(5)转动。
