本实用新型涉及一种钢丝绳的成型设备,尤其涉及一种用于钢丝绳成型的压线装置。
背景技术
现有技术的钢丝绳成型设备中,注料设备和压线成型设备单独设置,即注料设备设置在压线成型设备外,这样,使得钢丝绳在捻制成型的过程中,大部分注入的填充物抖落损失掉,造成形成钢丝绳的钢丝股或钢丝之间粘结不充分,钢丝绳质量差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种压线模,将注料和压线功能集于一体,以便钢丝股之间充分利用注入的填充物,形成质量可靠粘结充分的钢丝绳。
为实现本实用新型的目的,提供以下技术方案:
一种压线模,具有由上、下模块拼装而成的模体,模体内设有供多根绳股捻制的锥形通道和捻制后形成的绳体通过的圆柱形通道,锥形通道的顶部设有与锥形通道连通的注料孔;注料孔对应多根绳股捻制的结交点。
其中,模体上围绕圆柱形通道均匀开有多个嵌入槽,每个嵌入槽内设有加热体。
特别是,模体上还设有控温装置,多个加热体分别与控温装置电连接。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在以下发面:
1、在锥形通道的顶部开设注料孔,使得注料孔刚好对应锥形通道内绳股捻制的结交点,压线模将压线与注料工作集于一身,使得形成绳体的绳股之间粘结充分;
2、在圆柱形通道的周围均布加热体,使得填充物在恒定的温度下注入绳体,绳体在恒定的温度下通过圆柱形通道,以保持填充物的粘溶性,使得填充物均匀的分布于绳股之间,捻制成型的绳体质量可靠;
3、采用控温装置对加热体的加热温度进行控制,同时控温装置对模体内的温度进行监控,使得模体内的温度保持在一定的范围内,为形成质量可靠的绳体提供保证。

具体实施方式
如图1本实用新型的压线模的主视剖视图,以及图2所示,本实用新型的压线模具有模体1,模体1由对称放置的上模块1a和下模块1b通过连接装置2连接拼装而成。模体1的中心设有沿模体长度方向延伸的圆柱形通道5b,圆柱形通道5b从模体1的一端开始延伸至距离模体另一端一定的距离处,在圆柱形通道5b的末端设有供多根绳股7捻制的锥形通道5a,锥形通道5a由圆柱形通道5b的末端开始延伸至模体1的另一端,并且圆柱形通道5b和锥形通道5a的中心均与模体1的中心重合,捻制成型的绳体8进入圆柱形通道5b。
如图1所示,在锥形通道5a的顶部设有垂直向上延伸的注料孔6,注料孔6的底部与锥形通道5a连通,顶部与注料机(图中未示出)相连,并且注料孔6刚好对应多根绳股7捻制的结交点7a,使得注料孔6刚好将填充物注入到绳股捻制的结交点7a处,之后,形成的绳体8进入圆柱形通道5b,使得形成绳体的多根绳股之间充分粘结。
再如图1、2所示,在模体1上围绕圆柱形通道5b均布有四个嵌入槽4,嵌入槽4沿圆柱形通道5b延伸,每个嵌入槽4内都设置有加热体4a,以便对圆柱形通道5b内加热,使得模体1内部保持在一定的温度范围内,以保持绳体8上填充物的粘溶状态,使其均匀的填充到绳股的缝隙内。
每个嵌入槽4内的加热体4a分别与控温装置3连接,控温装置3安装在模体1上并嵌入模体1内,控温装置3控制每个加热体4a的加热温度,当加热体4a以一定的温度对模体1内的通道进行加热,使得模体1内部的温度达到预定温度范围时,控温装置3便调整加热体4a的加热温度,使之为零,直到控温装置3检测到模体1内的温度低于预定温度范围,控温装置3便又重新调整加热体4a的加热温度,使之以一定的温度对模体内部加热,直到模体1内部的温度又重新达到预定的范围。这样,便可使模体1内部保持在一定的温度范围内,以便保持由注料孔6注入的填充物的粘溶性,使之均匀的填充于绳体的缝隙内,形成质量可靠的绳体。
尽管上文对本实用新型作了详细说明,但本实用新型不限于此,本技术领域的技术人员可以根据本实用新型的原理进行修改,因此,凡按照本实用新型的原理进行的各种修改都应当理解为落入本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种压线模,具有由上、下模块(1a、1b)拼装而成的模体(1),模体(1)内设有供多根绳股(7)捻制的锥形通道(5a)和捻制后形成的绳体(8)通过的圆柱形通道(5b),其特征在于,所述锥形通道(5a)的顶部设有与所述锥形通道(5a)连通的注料孔(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的压线模,其特征在于,所述注料孔(6)对应多根绳股捻制的结交点(7a)。
3.如权利要求1所述的压线模,其特征在于,所述模体(1)上围绕所述圆柱形通道(5b)均匀开有多个嵌入槽(4),每个嵌入槽(4)内设有加热体(4a)。
4.如权利要求2所述的压线模,其特征在于,所述模体(1)上还设有控温装置(3),所述多个加热体(4a)分别与所述控温装置(3)电连接。
