本实用新型涉及一种用于容置化工介质的一种钢衬塑料容器。本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：一种钢衬塑料容器，包括有容器本体及贴合于容器本体内的防腐塑料衬里，所述容器本体的内壁与防腐塑料衬里之间留有填充空间，该填充空间内设有构成防腐塑料衬里与容器本体粘合的粘结剂。通过采用上述技术方案，提供了一种耐腐蚀及防止内部产生间隙的一种钢衬塑料容器。

本实用新型涉及一种用于容置化工介质的一种钢衬塑料容器。
背景技术
目前，市场及资料上用于放置化工介质的容器内壁极易受到腐蚀损坏，通常该领域的技术人员采用防腐塑料做为容器的衬里。
防腐塑料衬里作为管道、容器的有效防腐蚀措施广泛运于各个行业。通常的做法将防腐塑料衬里完整覆盖主体需衬面，从而形成防腐保护。由于防腐塑料衬里与被衬面形状不可能完全相同，在被衬面与防腐塑料衬里之间产生空间。另外容器本体与防腐塑料衬里的热胀系数可能有很大的差异，所以在内部介质的重量、温度、压力、流动、冲击(特别是负压、高温)等因素的作用下，防腐塑料衬里会变形、起鼓、抽瘪、开裂、脱落，使衬里失效。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀及防止内部产生间隙的一种钢衬塑料容器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：一种钢衬塑料容器，包括有容器本体及贴合于容器本体内的防腐塑料衬里，所述容器本体的内壁与防腐塑料衬里之间留有填充空间，该填充空间内设有构成防腐塑料衬里与容器本体粘合的粘结剂。
其中，粘结剂为树脂。
采用上述技术方案，通过在防腐塑料衬里与容器本体之间添加粘结剂，使得防腐塑料衬里与容器本体之间得到较为完善的固定粘结，而且采用树脂作为粘结剂，不仅能起到粘结的作用，还能起到填充的作用，防止防腐塑料衬里抽瘪收缩，而导致与容器本体发生脱落而影响到容器的密封性及防腐塑料衬里的损坏。需要说明的是，本发明中的容器是指各种口径的管道、三通、四通、异形管、波纹管或容器中的任意一种。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种钢衬塑料容器，包括有容器本体1及贴合于容器本体1内的防腐塑料衬里2，容器本体1内壁11与防腐塑料衬里2之间留有填充空间4，该填充空间4内设有构成防腐塑料衬里2与容器本体1粘合的粘结剂。在本发明实施例中，所述的粘结剂为树脂3，防腐塑料衬里2可为聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或其它防腐的塑料。通过在防腐塑料衬里2与容器本体1之间添加粘结剂，使得防腐塑料衬里2与容器本体1之间得到较为完善的固定粘结，而且采用树脂3作为粘结剂，不仅能起到粘结的作用，还能起到填充的作用，防止防腐塑料衬里2抽瘪收缩，而导致与容器本体1发生脱落而影响到容器的密封性及防腐塑料衬里2的损坏。

1.一种钢衬塑料容器，包括有容器本体及贴合于容器本体内的防腐塑料衬里，其特征在于：所述容器本体的内壁与防腐塑料衬里之间留有填充空间，该填充空间内设有构成防腐塑料衬里与容器本体粘合的粘结剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢衬塑料容器，其特征在于：所述的粘结剂为树脂。
