技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种全息防伪技术的烫印膜,尤其是涉及一种隐形荧光镭射烫印膜。
背景技术
近年来,在许多产品的包装材料上使用镭射烫印膜烫印出图案,以增强商品的防伪和美观效果,在PET膜表面涂布分离层,在分离层表面涂布信息层,然后经过真空镀铝及模压镭射图文,最后涂布热熔胶,就制作出了镭射烫印膜。镭射烫印膜上的图文防伪技术所使用的是全息防伪技术,很少被消费者认知。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种增加了一种不同类别的防伪技术,能够很快被消费者认知的隐形荧光镭射烫印膜。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种隐形荧光镭射烫印膜,在PET未电晕膜表面涂布离型层,在离型层表面涂布信息层,在信息层上有真空镀铝层,在真空镀铝层上有模压层,最后在模压层上涂布背胶层,在离型层与信息层之间加入了荧光层。
采用上述结构之后,因为使用了在印钞技术中使用的荧光图文技术,所以能够很快被消费者认知,增加了伪造的难度,更具防伪实用性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种隐形荧光镭射烫印膜,在PET未电晕膜1表面涂布离型层2,在离型层2表面涂布信息层4,在信息层4上有真空镀铝层5,在真空镀铝层5上有模压层6,最后在模压层6上涂布背胶层7,在离型层2与信息层4之间加入了荧光层3。
现有技术只是单纯的全息防伪技术,并没有其他防伪技术,所以隐形荧光镭射烫印膜是在原基础上增加的荧光图文,增加了另一种不同类别的防伪技术,更具防伪实用性。原先的镭射烫印膜上的图文防伪技术所使用的是全息防伪技术,很少被消费者认知,而荧光图文则是印钞技术中使用的,能够被消费者很快认识的技术,只需使用普通验钞机或紫外灯即可轻松识别。
图2为生产这种隐形荧光镭射烫印膜的流程:在PET未电晕膜1上涂布离型层2,接着在离型层2上印刷荧光油墨,之后在荧光层3上涂布信息层4,在信息层4上真空镀铝,之后进行分切,进行模压,最后涂布热熔胶。

1.一种隐形荧光镭射烫印膜,在PET未电晕膜(1)表面涂布离型层(2),在离型层(2)表面涂布信息层(4),在信息层(4)上有真空镀铝层(5),在真空镀铝层(5)上有模压层(6),最后在模压层(6)上涂布背胶层(7),其特征是:在离型层(2)与信息层(4)之间加入了荧光层(3)。
